If I ever got offered a good pet for free.Fearing they were a flasher I would accept without a message.Long thank you messages often take a few minutes to write giving the flasher a chance to cancel.Only after I had accepted I would send them a PM with a big thank you message

Exactly what I would do.

Guys don't forget, they might have sent it by a trade by accident, when they meant or a suggestion. I kinda doubt it, but it Is a possibility.

I totally understand that but if they said it was free somewhere in the message then....they might look at bit silly saying it was a accident

I have someone offering to trade me a FANTASTIC pet I really want, but I have nothing worth it. I can't make myself cancel it either, because I really want the pet. ARGH!!!

That's happened to me...I was forced to cancle though...

I'm going to have to as well, it just hurts.

On topic: I have very few trade rules, only 5. All plainly laid out, no crazy text color or stories, just the 5 rules. Here is Rule 4

"4. Items are only for trade if I have doubles of them. Absolutely not trading plushies or dragon wings/fur even if there are doubles of those."

I like the pets, but I have doubles of NONE of these, and some are plushies.

Again, not sure it's an unfair trade, but the plushies!

If you're having problems with people offering on your plushies (and this is just a suggestion, I know it becomes a hassle when you go to dress up pets), but one way to stop people from offering on items is to put them on a pet. That way they don't even show up when potential traders view your items.

I do feel bad for my item-keeper pet, though. He's buried in random stuff XD

lol smart thinking. luckly i have never had this happen to me. i feel bad for the users who it happens to. it must be depressing to see that.

I would of smashed my computer to bits if I got it canceled before my eyes.

Thanks for the suggestion, never thought of that.

On Topic: My signature says PM if you want to trade my C$ for your pet, not send me a million trade suggestions asking what I'd pay for several different pets off my wishlist. I've had about a dozen trade suggestions today for that kind. I just think it's easier that way.

Can you imagine if they were really flashing you a pet, and after you accepted they tried to get the trade reversed xD

That would be horrible. You'd feel guilty but wouldn't want to give it back.
