References: King Cheetah 1 2 ; His 'mane'(as kind of shown in the second picture) is always ruffled/spikey and runs halfway down his back, emerald green eyes, and has pokeball gauges in both his ears.
The OC's Personality/basic traits: Dartanian is very.... eccentric to say the least. He is generally very cheerful and easy to get along with. However, he is sinnfully sarcastic and has a rather dry and dark sense of humor that can put off a lot of people who aren't equally minded.
Feral or Anthro?: Feral
Details: Normally wears his arc reactor and mustache necklaces around his neck as well as his aperture science silicone wristband on his right wrist. Sometimes he wears a hat, but whether or not you want to draw this is up to you.
Background?: Transparent, if possible, please.
Payment: Would this be suffice?

Other: I'm sorry for the lack of real references! Dart is brand new and is hopefully going to be my last fursona, so this would be his first piece of art. I hope this isn't too much to ask, though. If you need more for payment, I would be totally fine with adding more. Or I could cut out a few details and make it simpler. Whatever you're more comfortable with.
