Most dog breeds are considered puppies until they reach three years of age.
Unless that's their lifespan or close to it but whatever. pfft.

I feel like my sister's friend doesn't take care of the dog that was my sister's boyfriend's old dog. At all.
He doesn't feed the poor thing, he doesn't care for him, gives him little attention, his girlfriend gives him some attention but seriously it's wrong that his own owner won't feed him. My sister has to. :c

people who don't like the term "grammar nazi".

It's simply... well, for lack of a better term, a figure of speech. It's not meant to be taken literally in any way.
The people who think themselves grammar nazi's don't want to be followers of Hitler or anything; it just demonstrates that they're serious about grammar and fixing how other people speak. x3
Don't get me wrong, they have a perfectly valid reason for not liking it.
But still... it's not literal at all.
