Willowbreeze nodded. "It is." She meowed, and she flickered her tail, she wouldn't tell Duststrike she was expecting kits now, he looked tired.

Foxgaze flickered his ears as he entered the nursery.

Patchfang flickered his ears, then he looked at Nightshadow. "What was your name again?" He meowed. "Nightshadow." The black tabby tom meowed. Patchfang was frozen, then his eyes narrowed. "I remember you! Your a dark forest cat!" He spat.

[walk.]

Duststrike looked at her and sighed. He mewed, "I wonder if we'll have kits of our own one day....., he sighed and mewed, "I'm going hunting, want to come?" his tail swayed back and forth and his dull eyes became a little brighter.

Flareleap looked over and mewed, "Only two survived.... I named the small one Miraclekit, but I thought I'd let you name this one!" she flickered her tail toward the little Tom suckling.

Yewclaw flashed his deputy an agitated look and mewed, "Oh well done you mouse brain!" he shifted back into Yewclaw and mewed, "Please Patchfang, we need you!"

Willowbreeze nodded and she smiled. "Sure, lets go...I have something to tell you anyway." She meowed, she would tell him she was expecting kits now.

Foxgaze flickered his ears, and he looked at Miraclekit, then he looked at the kit he was going to name. "His name can be Lifekit." He meowed, and he nuzzled the kits softly.

Patchfang hissed. "No way! I'm not helping some traitors that basically shattered the warrior code and betrayed their Clan!" He spat, and he glared at Yewclaw. "You left me mentorless, I might of not even become a warrior because of that!"

[walk.]

Duststrike nodded and padded out of camp. He mewed, "Mind if we hunt down in the brambles, the clan is looking low on mice and even though it is new leaf, prey still seems harder to find than usual...."

Lifekit squeaked at the sound of his name and Flareleap chuckled happily.

Larksong stepped in front of Yewclaw and snarled, "You did this Yewclaw?! How could you! I refuse to be in a clan with a leader who is a traitors," Yewclaw smirked and mewed, "But aren't we all Larksong? You for example had kits with a cat from another clan and you were exciled, so why leave, you'll have nowhere to go!"

Willowbreeze nodded and followed after Duststrike. "Can i say something before we hunt?"

Patchfang looked at Larksong, then he looked at Yewclaw. "Some cats here are loyal, unlike you!" He spat. "All you care for is power? What about you littermates Duststrike and Rosepetal? Morningrain didn't eat for days when you left!" He spat, his fur bristled. Nightshadow growled. "Your betrayal was worse then having kits with a cat from another Clan! You nearly killed Lionfoot when he injured Willowbreeze, maybe the Clan didn't make you deputy because you don't deserve it!"

Foxgaze purred softly.

[walk.]

Duststrike looked over and mewed, "Of course you can Willowbreeze, you are more than welcome too!" his tail flickered and his jade eyes burnt proudly.

Yewclaw hissed and snarled, "I have to fulfill my destiny Patchfang, that is all that matters. Of course I miss Duststrike but Rosepetal and I were not exactly friends shall we say. And.... I didn't eat for days after, I adored Morningrain. To put it simply, my destiny is power and if Greystar and the clan weren't to give it to me, I would have to find it elsewhere. It wasn't a betrayall, it was a fulfillment and I was just protecting Willowbreeze FROM a traitor and you are calling me one?! Larksong and Patchfang, leave.... NOW!" Larksong looked up and sobbed slightly and gave Bluewhisker, her brother a pleading looked and he mewed, "I will go with her." and the duo left. Larksong looked back and mewed, "Come on Patchfang, we aren't them anymore...."

Miraclekit leapt onto his father and clawed his fur playfully.

Willowbreeze purred and her tail tip twitched. "You know how you said you wanted us to have kits one day? Well, I'm expecting kits, two of them." She purred.

Patchfang growled. "I'll kill you one day Yewclaw, and if it isn't me it will be Morningrain, you don't deserve to be alive!" He spat, then he followed after Bluewhisker and Larksong.

Foxgaze purred and he pawed his son gently.

[walk.]

Duststrike stopped in his tracks and stared ahead. He stayed silent for a few seconds before whispering, "Really Willowbreeze? A aaare you sure?" he looked so desperate.

Yewclaw snarled and spat, "Well Patchfang, I'd like to see you try! And I know all the moves you will use, because I taught them to you in MY way so only I know how to stop them. Good luck." and he turned to Nightshadow and snarled, "You..... FOX BRAIN!" and he slashed his deputy across the face.

Larksong ran until they reached the border between Night clan and the dark forest. She froze and whispered to Bluewhisker, "Oh my brother, where will we go? Not back to Mist clan, that is impossible...."

Miraclekit giggled and dug in tighter, his needle sharp claws latching on like a thorn.

Willowbreeze nodded. "Pondweed confirmed it." She meowed.

Nightshadow snarled. "Its not MY fault he remembered me from when he was an apprentice!" He spat, his black tabby fur bristling.

Patchfang caught up with Larksong and Bluewhisker, and he twitched his tail. "You could always come to NightClan." He meowed to them.

Foxgaze purred, and he flickered his other ear.

Duststrike grinned wildly and mewed, "Oh star clan! AT LAST!" he roared at the top of his lungs and danced about excitedly.

Yewclaw spat, "Oh whatever. We'll just forget about this raid for now, we need new cats and we need them fast. I don't know about you, but I need to let of some steam. Tigerblaze?" the young yet strong light brown tabby tom looked up and Yewclaw continued, "I am going to go and hunt, YOU are in charge for now."

Larksong looked over with a look of shock on her face and murmered, "Will they accept us, I heard how strong your leader, Greystar is......." Bluewhisker mewed, "Larksong, maybe this clan is different, it is always worth a try. Plus we have a strong new warrior, Patchfang on our side."

Miraclekit giggled lightly and nuzzled his father.
