Jazlyn shook Nova's hand after a moment of hesitation. "I'm Jazlyn." she said after placing her other hand behind her neck again to gently rub at it. She barely glanced at Austin missing his blush then turned back to Nova.

~Nova~ She seems nice. "Jazlyn. That's a pretty name," Nova beamed. "So, where are you from?" she asked, trying to converse, not noticing Austin behind her.

.:Austin:. Austin watched as Jazlyn shook hands with Nova. Oh, sure. Be nice to the girl. The teenager watched as Jazlyn rubbed behind her neck. "A little sore, are we?"

Jazlyn gave a tiny nod of thanks but didn't answer her question. She turned and glared at Austin "Why does it matter to you?" she snapped moving her hand away from her neck with a frown. As he realized she had snapped she groaned quietly tipping her head back but winced moving it back to face him.

~ The Cave~

Kristi walked through the caves, bored. She ran into Conner and challenged him to a one on one soccer game, so they headed to the recreational room.
Neil went to check on the garden, and then the kitchen, to make sure everything was okay.

.:Austin:. "It doesn't. I was just curious. Why won't you tell me? Trying to hide something?" Austin returned Jazlyn's icy glare. She's pretty even when she's angry. Shaking his head, Austin tried to suppress the blush that he knew was spreading across his face, but felt himself failing miserably.

~Nova~ Nova turned to look at Austin. I've never heard him sound like that before. When she caught sight of Austin's face, Nova instantly understood. She smiled mischievously at her male companion, loudly stating, "Oh, does someone have a crush on Jazlyn?" Nova had anticipated the punch that Austin aimed at her arm and dodged, leaving him to hit the wall of the cave.

Jazlyn scowled "Fine, it's sore alright? Happy?!" she snapped and whipped around ignoring Nova's comment although her face was slightly flushed red with anger and confusement at the comment. As she turned she placed her hand on the back of her neck again and rubbed it as she walked out to the main cave.
