I would name him Hajiro (meaning white feathered in Japanese )
or Fezā Ōji (meaning feathered prince in Japanese)
Um well I think I might drop out sense I just got my eko (green tiger dragon) , and well I want other to have some of the tiger dragons too you know , but if anyone wants feel free to use one of these names ^^

Fuyu Hane (Means Winter Feather in Japanese) Hane is pronounced: Hah Nay by the way.
