@Agent Hawkeye: If I had to choose one thing I like about Marvel, it would be their attention to detail. Or rather, knowing which details are important, and making an effort to shroud them until their moment of importance. Taking Hawkeye in Thor for instance. You're probably sitting there thinking 'Eh, he's just a sniper. Not important.' You see him talk, walk, and in action but he still isn't important to the story development. You see him sparingly in some other movies, and then you watch Avengers and it's like 'Oh wait, it's that guy!' Marvel has already introduced to you an important character, without allowing you the luxury of their past or work as in the other movies. You didn't even know it.
Something I hope to see in other movies with Hawkeye is a little more talk about his past, as he usually does in the comics and TV shows. Just that little explanation here and there. How'd you do that agent? 'I grew up in the circus, you learn a few things.' Sparingly, but just how his character is.
I guess I'm not as interested in a 'Hawkeye' movie as others might be. I kind of just want to sit and watch him appear and reappear in the movies, slowly piecing everything together. A comment on the circus here, maybe a little question about 'him' there. You don't pay attention to it, but it runs right into you when you realize it's important. The thing I'd most like to see is little character introduction to his brother, like they did for him. Maybe that slight unusual movement of Clint, the tremor in his hands like that is so unusual for the marksman. That other guy with the bow.
