I totally get where you're coming from. I decided to go look up APH oc's of my home country on dA and one of them was blond, with blue eyes and best friends with Germany and Prussia. Yeah...I'm from Haiti... And I know it's all about artistic interpretation,but, come on, people, really?

@Cosplaying: Huh, cosplaying. I don't look like anyone except maybe a feminine version of Austria. And wigs don't ever fit me correctly so I'm a bit screwed. My mum only lets me dress up for Halloween and two days after, and I'm dressing up as someone else this year :3 She also probably won't let me cosplay, I'm a bit too young. I guess I agree with her.

Uh....I already live in Canada......so I guess I speak it?

There are a few cons around my area such as Animaritime (which I missed this year), and Anime Boston. My first thing to do is go as Canada for Halloween. People will usually ask "Who/What are you?" I plan to say each time, "I'm CANADA!!!!!" Haha, can't wait to see what they look like. Especially my teacher since she lives by me.

I know what you mean. I'm lucky my home country is already a character. And I love him to bits. I live in Denmark so I'm very perticular about the Nordics, because we all live so close. But if I had any tweaks, it would be he smokes. There are a lot of smokers in Denmark.but other than that I think they got the Nordics pretty accurate. But Denmark should see then more as a big family with Denmark and Norway as the dad and mom, finland and island as the kids and Sweden as the creepy Gay uncle. But that's it's me.

I never had really seen a Greenland OC lately. My friend played Greenland, as on OC of course once, but I don’t remember much. My main Hetalia OC, Mexico, isn’t where I am from. Sadly. And what I really dislike seeing is tons of girl OCs. I mean, Himaruya makes usually males. I have a few girl OCs. But, not as much as I see some people have. Mexico(my oc) isn’t a female, luckily.

Also! Am I the only one who is seriously in love with India? I’m not Indian(I don’t speak Hindi), but I seriously see him as one of the main characters. He’s just so... amazing.

Heeeey everyone! I just found the new thread---why was I not informed earlier?!?? Jk, I just don't pay attention...

@OC- My only two OCs are Costa Rica and Panem...yes, both are girls but I figured Costa Rica would sound better for a girl, like Belarus, so to me it made since. As for Panem, I am in love with the Hunger Games, so I randomly just had an idea to make Panem, because I thought it would be fun. I'm not sure why I made her a girl, maybe it was just because I RP girls better than guys.

@India- I have never seen India in the anime, and I've only read a few pages of the first volume of the manga, so I don't really have an opinion of him, sorry...

@Cosplaying- I've never cosplayed in my life, unless you count Halloween! XD I'm not a big fan of it, but I did almost cosplay as Canada for a con, until I decided to not at literally THE LAST MINUTE.

@OCs I'm currently in the process of making two new ones, a male (Slovenia) and a female (San Marino) because my first, and current OC, is a fictional country and I decided it would be much more interesting to create OCs for existing ones. And I'm having a lot of fun researching for them!

@India I've never seen India either, but my best friend's OC is a female version of India

I have a few OC's! I made a country based off of myself. Petite, French for small. Yep, I made myself into a French country. xD
Also, I have this male, I call him Toby. I want to make him a country too, but I'm not sure what country.
I also have like 3 other OCs but I don't use them much any more.

@OCs: I do have one OC based off a really small place called Rainbow Creek. It's not even a country, but he's fun to play for 'Soon-To-Be-Countries roleplays :3 Actual OCs I have none. As of yet. I might make Tonga sometime soon actually.

He was actually in the manga. He made an epic entrance in one of the Halloween strips. He is actually pretty awesome, it's funny. AND HE HAS IGGY BROWS. Which by default makes him extremly awesome.

Make sure you don't whitewash them. (Make a character who should be colored white) and don't do the weird 'I know everyone and I'm freinds or enemies with random people' thing. Like Slovakia wouldn't be best freinds with China. And Mexico wouldn't hate Russia. Ect.
