Though Itzala is a user of dark magic, she is a very calm natured creature. She has much respect for nature, and nature's animals as well. But, Itzala is frightened very easily. She isn't afraid to use a spell or two on someone who dares to snoop around in her business being that she is very private.

Itzala looked upon the shaded forest canopy, heading her way down to a natural spring she knew up ahead for a quick drink of water. Her ears twitched at a feel of movement in the area, but she kept walking through the path with only a little bit of hesitation. Usually she wouldn't come out of her camp in day light, but her last spell had worn her out of breath making her thirsty somewhat. She refused to go to the sea for water, she hated that salty taste on her tongue.
