Margarita slid out of her box. "I'm so sorry hun. Sweetheart, take a nap. You probably need one." She gestured at Skylar. She looked at Avel. "Be right back. I'm going to get a bag of dog food at the abandoned store." She trotted off to the pet store.

Scottie yelped as a black pup appeared in front of him out of nowhere. He tried to stop but ended up slamming into the pup. 'Oh damn, sorry!' he said, trying to edge his way around the pup and continue on his way. He found pups annoying, especially ones that got hurt and wouldn't stop complaining. This one looked like it could just be a nuisance.

Margarita nosed her way through the pet store door. She found a small bag of dog food and a chew toy, and she went back outside. She dragged the bag with her and put it in front of Avel.

"it was my fault, sorry.." ash mummered. he could tell that this dog didn't want to talk to him so he didn't even bother. he took a look back at him then kept walking towards the smell.

lenna watched the humans walk past and throw Frisbees to one another. she missed when her owner would play with her but knew it woldnt happen again.

Scottie noticed that the pup was heading the same way as him. His long strides allowed him to keep in front of the pup, but he knew that this pup could be a problem if he continued the direction he was going in. If Scottie did find the food he was beginning to smell, and the puppy caught up to him, the pup would obviously want some, and although a quiet pup is better than a whiney one, Scottie was not one to share his food.
