"Which part?" he asked. "You told me a lot about hunting rabbits."

"Lets start with the best way to hunt them." Hazelstripe decided. "Do you want me to show an example?" Hazelstripe asked.

Nightpaw swallowed nervously. "All right," he meowed, dropping into a hunting crouch. He slunk forward, stepping carefully, until he was right behind the rabbit, then pounced on top of it, killing it swiftly with a bite to its neck. He stood up with the animal's body in his mouth. "That good?" he asked around the prey.

"Good job!" Hazelstripe praised."But that rabbit was most likely dozing because I could hear you breathing nervousely, but besides that it was perfect." Hazelstripe gave a proud nod of approvel to her apprentice. "Just remember not to breathe so hard." she added with a swift lick to his ear. " Lets go see what else we can catch." she told her apprentice parting her jaws to scent te air.

[detective who.]

Nightpaw nodded. "Okay Hazelstripe. I'll try not to breathe so hard." He parted his jaws to scent the air again, feeling slightly giddy that he had done so well.
