Netherlands chuckled and rested his chin on Germany's shoulder, "Hmm... Why couldn't you sleep?" He tilted his head and hummed.

Germany shrugged lightly, careful not to jostle Netherlands too much. "I vas just thinking of zhings. Zhings zhat made me vorry." he said, furrowing his brow a tad. "I vas also vondering about mein sight... und if Id ever get it back."

Netherlands blinked, "If things are worrying you, I will protect you from those things." He tilted his head and shrugged, "Maybe. I really hope you do."

"Ja, I know." Germany replied, aware of Netherlands ability to please. He didn't want him to worry about him and his troubles though, so he didn't delve deeper into the topic, only rubbed his cheek against his 'pillow' and willed the tension in his shoulders to go away.

Netherlands nodded and huffed, "Alright. I'll always be here for you." He hummed. He leaned forward more, "Here-" He massaged his shoulders, his chin perched on the German's head.

Germany sighed and let his shoulders drop as Netherlands rubbed the tension out of his muscles. He liked it when Netherlands did things like that, just little things. They were special in their own way. He hned, and rubbed circled into Netherlands knee with his thumb.

Netherlands smiled and continued to rub the German's shoulders. He let out a content sigh and nuzzled Germany's cheek, "Do you feel better now?" He hummed.

"Un, ja. I do." Germany said, returning the nuzzle. "Danke."

Netherlands smiled, "Good. Now I want you to only think of happy thoughts." He hummed and narrowed his eyes contently.

The German smiled and nodded. "Alright." he said, doing as Netherlands requested and thought of happy things.
