Before getting very far she stepped on a stick and it snapped really loudly. She barely noticed though and made sure she didn't turn around. It was her fault Heath was so upset.

Ice fell asleep, still sitting near the window. she had several restless dreams, but none made an impression

El's head snapped up at the sound of a twig breaking. She spotted Amethyst. "Amethyst!" She yelled, and let Heath slip out of her grasp and onto the ground. "Amethyst!" She yelled again. "She won't." Heath said quietly. El ignored him and kept yelling.

Rowan laid down on the cool ground, looking up at the starry sky. His eyes began to droop. After a few minutes he fell into a dreamless sleep.

Ice woke up shortly before dawn. she remained at the window, watching the sun rise. she hummed a fragment of a song she had remebered

Amethyst turned around and smiled weakly. She would very softly take a step back. Her eyes wondered from El to Heath and then stuck on El's. "Hi....El."

Rowan woke at dawn and yawned, stretching. A few leaves stuck to his body, which he picked off carefully, then stood. It would be extremely easy to see him in the sunlight, even from town.

El walked up quickly to the girl, and grabbed her arm, gentle but firm. She pulled her out of Heath's sight. "What's going on?" She asked quietly.

Amethyst stumbled a little, but caught her balance. She looked at El and El only, "I can't stay. I'd be a burden. I can't fight at all and you two know each other and I'd just be there. I've lived alone for how ever long." She told the truth and stood strong even though on the inside she felt like she was about to cry.

Ice saw someone standing in the woods. She looked, tring to figure out who it was

((oh it's fine, it's actually been continuing to go, but I just made a new charrie and I need it to be accepted before I can play him))

"Oh no Amethyst, that's not true at all." El said. "We'd be happy to have you, it doesn't matter that you can't fight, I'm sure you have other skills to pitch in. Me and Heath were born fighters, we've been fighting ever since our parents abandoned us. But you've never had all that much reason to be a fighter." She said.

Rowan began to walk back to the castle. His hair was messy from sleep and he had weird imprints all over his body from the leaves and twigs, but he was still in one piece and that was usually all that mattered to him.

Amethyst nodded, "I could but I can't. I haven't lived with other people since I was seven. You don't even have a place for me to stay. So, I can't stay, but I'll promise to come by sometimes." She made her decision and it probably wouldn't change.
