Who wants to know how to get a neglected dragon? Fog the egg. Simple, right? Then, in the last ten or twenty minutes of the egg's life, unfog it and post it in as many viewers and ERs as you can find. Here is a link to an unfog alarm that you can make: http://www.coup-detat.info/NDER/Alarm.php . Hopefully, the egg will turn brown. That is a neglected egg. But, in order to get a ND you need to know the dragon's time of death. To help find out, go here: http://www.coup-detat.info/NDER/ToD.php . However, people have reason to believe that the following cannot become neglecteds(think about why these wouldn't work): dino, drake, pygmy, cheese, paper, split, chicken.
