The War of CS

Tess led her troops out to the raining, dark, cold battlefield. Avian was at her side, baring her teeth and swishing her tail. Totoro silently landed upon Tess' back, his black eyes searching for enemies. Tess looked up, rain pouring off her military helmet. Her breath came out in misty puffs. She turned around and shouted in a strong, clear voice, to all her spies and members and their fursonas, "This is it! Tonight is the night we take back our positions! Are you with me?" A cheer erupted from the crowd.

Hiding in the bushes, the moderators shook their heads, remembering that Nick had told them it was just a joke and they had to have straight faces. Through the gloom, Nick's army appeared, fog muffling their heavy footsteps. Behind him were only a few members and pets with deformed faces. His troops were shivering in the cold, breathing hard and hearing the not-so-far-off shouts and yells of their king's younger sister and her troops. Nick lifted his head and adjusted his white cloak, laying the red ribbon and his gold and silver crown aside. This meant war. The mods laughed, thinking this was only a joke. It wasn't. Nick shouted, "Charge! And don't stop, no matter what! We must make it back to Admin headquarters! Her troops are arriving at the battlefield. Remember your ranks and orders."

The two armies clashed together, and soon Tess was laughing, thinking this was a joke along with her fellow followers and the mods waiting to claim themselves Admin in the brush. Nick laughed too, but without a hint of happiness. His dagger slit Tess' arm. This was her own brother. Avian attacked Nick with a roar of fury. Totoro snatched Nick's crown from afar, bringing it down and alighting upon Tess' fading body. The war was over. A long ways off, Nick had been robbed of his treasures and pets, and his own followers began to betray him. Tess was Admin once more.

The next day, the mods scratched their heads in confusion. Nick had said this was a joke...he never told him he was planning on taking over CS before his banning. This was a complete surprise to them. Pretty soon, Dianne was the second-in-command Admin instead of Nick. And peace to the Forums and Main Site was restored, and the Easter hunt and April Fool pets were finally given out after five weeks of fighting.

Lol I signed off last night and do not hope to catch up on what insanity went on while I was gone.
