"I like traveling, but I'm not a fighter. I couldn't hurt someone if I tried, much less kill someone," Zulara said, "I prefer to help people rather than hurt them."
She turned her head as Jedi and Britta approached. Her eyes widened,
"Jedi? What the heck happened to you? why is there a metal rod coming out of your head?" she asked.

Jedi dropped his smile. "Sorry. That was tactless. I of all people should know how you feel." He turned to Zulara. "I'm not hurt, just that one of my feathertennae was severed about halfway down, and I couldn't balance. No biggie." He twitched an ear. "Although it is rather heavy."

OOC: Sorry for poofing, I was trying to create a lifesize lightsaber hilt out of legos. It is REALLY HARD, especially with my limited peices! I'll post a pic when I'm done. I still need to show you guys my Lego Star Wars minis I created. XD

Cossan close his eyes, accepting Jedi's apologies. Sighing he pictured the ships blowing up again. He felt so hopeless watching them. "I'm sorry Xanatos..." He thought with a feeling of despair so deep he was sure Jedi and Zulara could feel it.

Jedi, indeed, did feel it. "Was he a friend of yours?" Jedi said so quietly that only Cossan heard him.

Cossan shook his head, not looking into Jedi's eyes. "He was my Brother."

{BAM! I bet you did not see that coming! X3 I just ruined the mood of this post, oh well.}

Jedi stared into Cossan's soul eyes. "I am very sorry," he said just as softly.

Cossan gave him a half-hearted smile. "Thanks, but sorry doesn't bring anyone back." stabs self in heart.

Jedi blinked as he still looked at Cossan. He saw himself, he knew exactly how this poor human felt. Cossan even could probably sense the pity and empathy rolling off of Jedi. No one should ever have to go through this...

Cossan let out a harsh laugh looking at the locked door leading to Kanar's room. "No need for pity Jedi. I will avenge his death." He looked at Jedi, eyes gleaming with pain and determination.

Jedi gave a curt nod, as he understood now what it had been about all along.
