Adara smiled at the kittens and wondered how she would keep them in the box. They were still in the dumpster and she didn't want them jumping yet

Uvan hissed at Carver. She never liked him. She knew he wasnt her father and she hated him at birth. Carver droppeed a steak inthe box

Adara furrowed her eyebrows. "Where did you find that?" She asked and then tapped Uvan with her tail

Urvan arched her back at him. "I got it in a garbage outside a butcher shop," he answered. Urvan turned to him. "Who is this?" Urvan asked her mother. "I don't trust him. He wants something. He killed daddy, I know it!" She hissed. She swatted at him. Carver was shocked. He didn't know her father. He stepped back ears flattened.

Adara put a paw on Urvan's head and looked at her. "Urvan, you're being rude and if you want, I'll tell you about who he is when you learn your manners" She told her daughter sternly

"But--" SHe sighed and stomped over to his sister. "I don't trust him," she whispered to Kala. "He knows our daddy. I know he isn't daddy. He doesn't smell like he has our blood."
Carver flattened his ears. "I'm sorry. I don't know what I did. I guess I'll..."

Adara shook her head. "Please stay and have some steak. Urvan just needs to learn the difference between intuition and honesty"

He curled his tail under his legs. He raised it and padded toward them. "I don't understand why they don' t like me. I helped feed them, I treated them like my own." he sighed and layed down beside the steak. He saw Urvan and her sister chatting and layed his head down.

Adara licked him gently. "I think Urvan needs to understand that her father was a jerk and was the exact opposite of you" she pushed the steak towards him and took a bite. "It's really good, thanks" She said, gulping her bite down. "Have some"

He flattened his ears and took a bite of it. "it is delicous!" He purred. He glanced at her and then saw a quick image of another she-cat who used him. He gasped silently and blinked.
