you're pretty confused, right? Well let me tell you a thing or two about why
you woke up here to see my ugly mug. First of all, and I'm sure you already
know this, you have wings. They're probably really sore, but they're there.
That alone obviously makes you special. You were probably alone in the
world, looking for acceptance or some crap. Well guess what? You're not
alone anymore! Everyone here has wings, even yours truly. You're an avian, a
bird kid, basically, you're a freak who's handcuffed and chained to a wall, I
bet you're not thrilled about that. What I'm about to tell you next won't
exactly thrill you either..."

to you in the night and whispered promises of safety and warmth in your ear, and you
must have thought they were harmless and you could trust them. You were wrong.
They are the ones who brought you here into this concrete cell and chained you to
the wall. They are the ones who are watching your every move. They are the ones
who told me to welcome you. I'm basically they're own personal canary. I'm the only
one left of the original flock that they began with. Mostly I'm a messenger, but they
can tell me to do just about anything, and I'll have to do it. This entire thing is a game
to them. They have kidnapped and indirectly murdered countless avians without the
blink of an eye. They stay hidden away in a location even I'm unaware of, and
communicate via the intercom in the ceiling or me. They're names are Alice and
Emily."

holding cell that will serve as a room to all of the kids they want in one
particular game. You will be fed regularly from the hatch beside your mattress.
The chains on your ankles allow you limited mobility around the room, and are
only unlocked when Alice and Emily decided to let us 'play' outside. There are
no windows and only one door. It leads to the arena, which is the only area
that we're allowed in. You'll never know when another game will start, suddenly
your chains are off and the door is open and we're left to our own devices.
Newbies like you learn the way quickly. You'll have to, or you will be the first to
die. There are video cameras set up everywhere, so they'll know if you even
think about trying something funny. There's no where to run and no way to
escape, you can take my word or you can learn the hard way. It's best not to
make friends, because you'll never know when they might end up dead."

getting into. The game is exactly as it states, a game. We are all players while Alice
and Emily run everything. Basically, when you're free to play, the only thing you
have to do is kill the other players. Yes, it's gruesome, but it's kill or be killed. We
are left in the area for days, even weeks at a time to fend for ourselves. Hunting,
shelter, and safety is your only concern. Hiding and killing no one isn't an option.
Then they'll just make living hard to do. They'll watch you die of disease or
starvation. You can either fashion a weapon, or hope you stumble upon on, which
is rare. You have to be careful, there are traps and wild animals out there as well. If
you get injured you're as good as dead. There are no rules."
