Frank watched intently, the lad had some skill in him and that could be handy, but if he tried to injure Emerald severely he would have to step in and fast. His blue eyes watched each others movements with an eagle like vision.

Emerald smirked, a dark tint to her eyes. "I'm no princess." She slashed at his back as he dashed into the tree, but missed, scowling. She snarled in pain when his blade sliced her shoulder, feeling her own warm blood seep through her shirt as she staggered at little bit. She turned around to face him. Well, he was pretty smart so far, she'd give him that. Injure your opponent the same so you're on equal terms. Most people didn't stop to think about things like that. She pulled a dagger from her belt and snarled again, charging him with a blinding variation of cuts and jabs until finally their swords were locked and her dagger at his throat. She smirked and raised an eyebrow. "Give up yet?"

Arowin
The guards lay dead on the floor and their horses where milling around wide eyed. Arowin grinned and whistled and her grey appeared out of no where and she jumped from the branch onto his back again. She circled the guard's horses grabbing their reins and pulling it over their heads before tying them to loops on her saddle with a grin. Arowin puled her bow back over her body and started on again at a trot pulling the horses behind her. They would be sold or kept, depending on if the Hood needed any more mounts. Arowin had been with the Hood her entire life but lately she had been thinking about retiring to a nice little cottage in the woods somewhere, start a family maybe. The thought had been nagging on her for too long and it was growing louder each day.

Rebecca
Finished cleaning the meat off the game that had been brought back from the last hunt. She hummed to herself as she wrapped a few chunks up in canvas and tied it up with thin rope. Most of the kills went to the village to the poor who had no money for food and feared the guard's too much to ever put foot in the forest to hunt. She couldn't blame them, the guards weren't very nice people. When she finished Rebecca placed all the meat into a basket and pulled her cloak on and walked across the courtyard and out the small door in the castle wall. It would be a long walk but Rebecca thought her chestnut mare to be too recognizable by the guards who would no doubt love the chance to kill or torture a member of the Hood. As she was heading down one of the hunting trails she head the clash of swords and silently crept forward until she nearly ran right into Frank, Emerald and some stranger. They didn't seem to be fighting at all but playing. Rebecca tilted her head watching.

Jack

Jack gulped as he felt the dagger at his neck. No, he couldn't loose. That was too humiliating for him. The man quickly searched for another escape as his gaze ran from one side to another, but he still did not dare to move. I can't give up he thought angrily. A verbal attack wouldn't help in that situation, as it could only make it worse, and he knew nothing that would prove useful to offend her. And that other man was there. Now his only escape was to take her by surprise but... how could he do that?
Suddenly Jack remembered his knife that was in a small pocket in his belt. A glimmer running through his eyes, he sighed fakely "I surrender" he muttered, but before she could do anything his knife was at her stomach, taken out by a stealthy hand that had not been seen. "Now" he whispered, a charming smile spreading over his face "You move that dagger and slit my throat, you will get a fatal injure" his gaze didn't even travel towards his weapon, but stayed fixed on her eyes "Let me go, and I'll let you go, unharmed"

Emerald started to frown when Jack said he'd surrender. Where would be the fun in that? And besides, she didn't like people who surrendered when there was always another way to fight out. They didn't belong in the Hood. When she felt the blade press against her stomach, she grinned and gave a small chuckle. "Well, well, well! We've got ourselves a fighter here!" she called out to Frank, smirking. She pulled her dagger away from his throat and re-sheathed it before taking a single step back. "I wasn't looking to kill you." she informed him, still smirking. "You're a sneaky one, Mister Jack. I like you." she said with a nod of her head before returning her sword to it's sheath as well. "Mount up, boy. We're going to finish up our morning hunt and then we'll take you back to the hideout." She walked over to Envy and mounted the stallion easily and with grace. Looking down at Jack, she smirked again. "But just warning you, if you don't plan on staying with us you shouldn't go. I'll have to kill you if you want to leave. Can't take any chances with the King's men finding us."

Jack smiled. His plan had been successful. Sheathing his dagger, he nodded and then mounted on his horse with an elegant jump, glad to be taken to the outlawed camp. Now, it was the only place he would be safe in, and didn't know what he would have done without them. Jack listened to her words intently "I do not wish to leave, nor I plan to leave your... group.But if I ever change my mind, I will have to miss your skillful fighting skills, which I do not think very likely" he smiled absent- mindedly. After a second he noticed another person watching them from the trees "Who is she?" he asked, nodding towards Rebbeca

As Frank watched Emerald be outwitted by the newcomer he smirked, laughing lightly until Rebecca appeared "Hello there stranger, I think we've found our newest member" he called to her, signalling over to the lad with his pale finger, turning back to Emerald as he did so "Well, that was entertaining" he chuckled "You actually lost a fight" he teased playfully, grinning broadly.

Emerald smirked. "Well good, it would be such a shame to have to kill a good fighter like you." She followed Jack's gaze to see Rebecca watching them. With a grin, Emerald waved Rebecca over. "That is Rebecca, another one of the Hood members. She's an amazing cook, and I think you'll come to agree when you taste her food. Not even the king's chefs can match her skill." When she heard Frank's comment she just stuck her tongue out at him playfully. "I did not loose, I could of easily killed him. I was just testing his skill." she corrected with a smile.

Frank raised a brow "Of course love, nobody can beat you, bar me of course" he grinned, wrapping his arm around her and pulling her into Diads side, who reacted by twisting his head back and snorting playfully at Emerald "Right let's get some food" he then called, picking up the reins again.

Emerald giggled and lent into him when he pulled her close. "Of course." she replied with a smile and dancing eyes. She loved it when he called her love. It still gave her butterflies in her tummy and made her feel all happy and special. For someone who could be such a murderous killer of the king's men, when it came to Frank she was as sweet as one of Rebecca's blueberry pies and as helpless as a newborn baby without it's parents.
