Emerald furrowed her brows in confusion and looked back at Frank, as if to say: what on earth just happened? "Where exactly do you think you're going?" Emerald called after him, crossing her arms with one eyebrow raised. "I wasn't finished with you." Another smirk upturned the corners of her lips as he drew his sword and dismounted. "Well at least you're not a coward. That's a bonus." She twirled her sword, loosening up her arm, and then advanced a few steps. "You can have the first attack." she said, sword ready.

(Yeah, you could do that. And then when Lautner replies just do one of those back-flash posts.)

Arowin
The sound of many hooves pounding the ground and the shouts of angry men filled the air but what stuck out most was the flinging laughter that filled the forest. They where only a few strides behind Ace but falling fast, the grey was a great runner for short distances and was the pride of his owner. Arowin stood up with her feet on his grey back and grabbed a tree branch jumping straight up into it as her horse ran on at full gallop. Arowin had but seconds to draw her bow and slot the arrows into it but it was all she needed. The guards burst into sight and the first arrow flew hitting the captain in the throat and forcing the others to pull to a halt and soon they where dead too.

((Yeah, everyone calls me Luna on here . I've got to go in a sec too, so this will probably be my last post for two hours or so. I hate leaving RPs in the middle of a swordfight, but I just have to go ))

Jack smiled coldly, using his unusual techniques for distracting the enemy. Totally calm, he looked upwards, and then to the side, and then swung his sword round once before grasping it in both hands and holding it in front of his face. The corners of his lips turned up slightly as he stayed there for a moment, and then jumped to the side, his feet moving quickly. Waiting for her blow, he jumped to the other side at the last moment, and brought his sword down towards her leg with a quick swing of his sword. The bad thing about not knowing how your opponent fights he thought Is that you don't know their movements, and in consequence you don't know how to move.

Emerald watched him with calculating eyes. "Fancy moves, Cinderella." she said as she lowered her sword to block his blow. "But you're not the only one who knows how to dance." She then pushed her sword forward, driving his upward until their swords fell apart. She gave a low swipe at his abdomen and then slashed at his sword arm, their swords meeting once again. She twirled once to disengage, raising her sword and then bringing it down by his shoulder as she came to face him again.

"Cindarella?" he replied with an odd toss of his head "So who are you, Sleeping Beauty?" he teased, missing her first blow and darting out the way. The swords clashed, but he let out a groan of surprise as she quickly hit his shoulder. He grabbed onto the bleeding muscle, but raised his weapon again, a dash of pain running through his shoulder and chest. He couldn't let this woman beat him. Jack quickly jumped backwards and grabbed onto a tree, swinging round it and climbing onto one of the branches before jumping right behind her and letting his sword fall on her shoulder. He smiled. Now they were equally injured.
