Stonedust padded back into camp with Songbird and Twilightpaw. He padded near Snowstar. "We marked the borders but there was a slight scent of rouge near the some brush."
He looked over to the new kits as he took a seat. "They're darling," He mewed to Snowstar. "Are they Shimmerfrost's new litter?"

Snowstar nodded her head about the rouge. "They are her kits." she said quietly with a bit of jealousy in her voice.

Stonedust tilted his head towards Snowstar as he picked up on the tone in her voice. "You still have pleanty of time to have kits." He mewed cooly. The thought of having kits was appealing to Stonedust but he knew he was aging and still had no mate.

"You're right Stonedust..." Snowstar said as she wiped away a tear with her tail.

Blizzardkit and Patternkit waitwed for their mum, Shimmerfrost. She padded out of the nursery, trying to get her kits to stop moving about.

Goldenpaw ran in circles chasong his tail, knowing he was too old for playing like a kit but doing it anyway.

Stonedust felt bad for Snowstar but he didn't have the guts to tell her that he had some feelings for her. He brushed his tail against her paws and gave a slight smile. "Don't feel too bad."

Snowstar nodded. "Thank you, Stonedust." she purred.

Stonedust gave a bigger smile at Snowstar's purr. "I uh, I think I'm going to go hunting," He said, swallowing the lump in his throat and giving a short glance at the small freshkill pile. "Seems like the Clan needs it." Stonedust began to pad towards the camp entrance.
