My friend is a strong christian, so she really doesn't like when I try to explain that to her. Shes like 'then where did people come from?' And i'm just like 'evolution, maybe?'

Hm.. I think someone mentioned something about religion before, but anyways, it really bothers me when I see 'IM A CHRISTIAN AND PROUD TO SAY IT'. Thats okay, but when people are like saying you will go to hell if you don't believe in God or whatever... Especially being an atheist, it just bothers me knowing people want me to go to hell xD
I mean really, beliefs are beliefs c;

THIS. I'm atheist, and if I went around saying "I'm atheist and proud of it!" I sure half the site's Christians would spazz at me and tell me I'm going to hell.

XD same here. I get enough angry PMs from people I catch for theft, or tell to stay on topic repeatedly, I don't need people to PM me about what they think is going to happen to me when i die

Same here, Lynx. XD Nothing provocative or insulting, just a simple "I'm an atheist" to see how much of a fuss people would make over it. However, in my case I don't want to antagonize people who might otherwise have asked me for help, and generally I just can't be bothered to actually do it. ^^

On another site I used to go on, I had a bunch of Atheist stamps and such in my sig. Never got one angry message. Might add something to my sig here - not as loud and angry as on the other site, just, "I don't believe in God." or something.
