"Never? Oh, wow, are you missing out! Roller coasters are AWESOME!" Alex said ecitedly. Not only was he going to be able to go on a rollercoaster at a carnival of all places, but he was going to take Zoey on her FIRST rollercoaster ride.

(Gahhh...sorry.)

"Uhhh...hm...well, some of us have awesome special powers and three are former Black Suits. None of them were ever truly loyal, though. Two were spies sent to gather information and the other was a kid who had just had his parents killed what...four, five weeks ago? But other than that...nothing huge." Hiro explained.

Zoey chuckled softly. "They don't exactly give you many chances to go fun places when you're locked in a cell." She smiled and kissed his cheek. "But I'm excited. They look so fun!"

"Yeah, powers. Sora can shapeshift, Andrew can...find people with his mind or something...lotsa people here are 'special' like that. It's pretty amazing iif you think about it.

(sweet pea, what are your characters' powers again? I forgot...)

"Oh...yeah, forgot about that." Alex mumbled just before the kiss. "Y-Yeah, they are! Trust me, you're going to love it!"

(Andrew: can walk through walls and is like a human GPS; can find anyone or anything in the world. Zoey: can see visions at will. Reagan: can see visions at random)

Zoey grinned. "I hope so!" She took his hand happily and looked out of the window, resting her forehead on it.

When the bus stopped, there was no mistaking the direction of the carnival. The brightly colored tents were visible from miles away. Alex's face lit up immediately, his expression closely resembling that of a toddler in a candy store.

At first, Hiro didn't have an answer. "What do you mean?" Hiro finally asked. It sounded stupid and he knew it, he just didn't know what else to say.
