Keep in mind that there are lots of other non endangered animals in the area that they could eat and use the parts of, such as Sika Deer. Although Amur Leopards are effected by the hunting of their prey, the Sika Deer, taking out one or two deer shouldn't effect the population or status of the Amur Leopard.
