Where Exactly Am I? Lost-based RP Closed

Fallon

Fallon smiled when the girl said her name. "Amber, nice to meet you. I'm Fallon." Another Brit besides him. It made him feel closer to home. He was relieved to see she had no serious injuries. It seemed that no one did, so far... The wavy haired girl seemed almost ecstatic, going on about movies and quotes, giggling almost nonstop. At least she wasn't a downer. Fallon felt a bit better. If everyone could keep a positive attitude, it would be much easier to work together and get to know each other. He followed Kayt and Amber towards this mysterious cave everyone kept mentioning. His own thoughts were put into words when he heard Amber ask Kayt how they had found the cave. Anxiously awaiting the answer, he hoped the cave was close by. He hadn't realized how thirsty he was.

Amber smiled "Haha nice to meet you too." She then continued on with Kayt and Fallon towards the cave.

Pippa reached the cave and helped the old women down from Teddy and smiled to Duke as he bolted straight into the river and gulped in fresh water. Pippa looked around for Laura and figured she couldn't be far off. Pippa took of Teddy's halter knowing she wouldn't go far. Pippa carried the bags she had collected washed up from the beach and crossed the river and put them down the other side. She then offered her hand to the old women with a smile. "Welcome, my name is Pippa." she said happily leading her across the small river.

"I'm Marigold," the old woman croaked. She stuck her hand out in the direction Pippa had spoken, disregarding the hand Pippa had offered herself. (She hadn't seen Pippa's hand) "It's nice to meet you, Pippa. Thanks for pulling me off the shore. That's a lovely horse you have." Mari teetered a bit, but then balanced herself. She stepped very carefully, feeling everywhere with her feet. "Has anyone found my cane?"

~Amber~
When they got to the cave Amber studied the cave's features, ragged, big but safe. It could be their home for awhile, so she might as well get used to it. "Hey Fallon. Kayt. The stream is over their" Amber pointed to the stream where others had gathered to take a drink.

The Streams is right through the entrance of the cave. It sort of blocks the way in but isn't deep.

Pippa smiles. "I am glad they weren't hurt too badly." she replied to the remark about the horses. "No one found a cane but I can find a stick to replace it." she says with a smile and without waiting for an answer turns to the girl who just enters. "Please keep watch, I need to go find food." she says and dumps all the contents out of a white drawstring bag and hurries out the cave leaving the horses inside with the strangers.

Laura catched up with the others and entered the cave "Nice, nice..." she said, wondering whether there would be any treasure. She knelt down slowly and drank some of the water. She was awfully thirsty. After a while, she stood up "Well then. I guess we shall have to find something to sleep on". Inmediatley pulling into action, Laura opened one of the suitcases and emptied the contents. She found mostly clothes, which she gathered and spread on the beach to dry. There was also a computer, obviously broken, but she also lay it out, just in case it would dry up and work. The girl continued pulling stuff out, muttering under her breath grumpily.
((This RP is perfect for using my Pirates of the Caribbean love for quotes and ideas on how to survive, though they will probably be unreal and impractical ))

Pipa glanced over her shoulder once before disappearing out of the cave and slipping back to the beach. She pauses and looks at the trees around her and listens to the birdsong. To her right is a small group of coconut trees. She grins and sizes them up as she moved forward. Too risky to climb but there where a few coconuts lying around the base. On closer inspection they are rotten and disgusting but instead up chucking them away Pipa flings them up at the coconuts in the tree. Several tries later and moving up the beach to more trees she has enough for everyone to get at least one. She then pops the rotten one in the bag anyway. That would have to hold them for now. She could see tiny fruits on other trees but she didn't trust them. Pipa followed her footprints and headed back to the cave but not before picking up several near straight pieces of wood and what would do as a walking cane for Marigold on her way throughout the short bit of jungle.

Laura finished picking things out, and finally sat down on a rock near the entrance, biting her lip grumpily. How could of this happened? She was loosing her good mood. What if nobody ever came to get them? Would they turn into savage cannibals? Or could they escape? Would they be able to build a ship? Unlikely, and if they did it would probably sink... and go to Davy Jones' locker. She chuckled. All her thoughts were related to Lord of the Rings or Pirates of the Caribbean. Now this was improving her mood slightly... Laura smiled as Pipa came back. "Any news?" she asked

Marigold

Mari nodded to the girl, Pippa. "Thank you, dear. A long, long straight stick will be perfect." She listened to the bustling of the people coming in and out, and the stream. Everything echoed, so the cave had to of been large. She loved the fact that there were horses. She slowly got to her knees, feeling around the area where she had been sitting. Later, once everything calmed down, she would need to talk with everyone so she could recognize their voices.

Fallon

Fallon looked to where Amber was pointing. Perfect! He knelt down, and drank the water from his cupped hands. A red haired girl came in with an old woman, and seemed to dash out just as quickly. He hoped there was food around. He was getting hungry. "So, does anyone want to make signals on the beach with me? And the tide seems to be going down a little. Maybe soon we can salvage the plane."
