A New Danger in Middle Earth- LotR RP- Accepting

Finally, after whats seemed like weeks of journeying, Maple Cub approached the camp at Mirkwood, she was weary from her travelling and kept her companion close at hand as she stumbled ahead, listening intently to the bustle of people, ignoring them staring at the little hobbit girl, so out of place in a war camp.
She straigtened her back, spat on the ground and tried to look menacing.

Bobby noticed a small figure on a pony riding into the camp. Confused, he rubbed his eyes. A hobbit?! Another hobbit was here?! He jumped joyfully with a grin and ran towards her. Once he reached the figure, Bobby held out his hand.
"Hello miss! My name is Bobby, Bobby Took" he said with a charming smile. "I wasn't expecting to see a hobbit in these parts, I thought I was the only one!"

Jake was about to tell the hobbit he didn't know but before he could, the little halfling went to assist the injured. The man sighed and shook his head as he slowed Roquel and hopped off, deciding to follow Bobby's lead and assist the wounded. He cursed himself as he moved the injured elves and calmed the horses that paced nervously, riderless. After helping those able to get back on their steeds and ride back to camp, he round up the stray horses and used their reins as a way to link the horses together in a line while still keeping the reins in tact and usable. He then mounted his ever faithful mare and lead the short line of elven horses back to camp. He cursed himself in his thoughts, angry that he had actually helped the girl that was responsible for this sudden pursuit.

Camellia soon departed from her home, riding quickly on Colby as she headed towards her first destination; to make her way out of the Shire and to Bree. She planned to stay at the only Inn she really knew of, The Prancing Pony, and find out more than what she had only heard of Men as well as their ways and homes through whispers and stories. She also just wanted something knew, sick of living as everyone did. She sighed softly as she drifted through these thoughts and day dreams, barely minding the road ahead any attention.

Lessien slowed when she came to a fork and debated which way, sighed in exasperation when she couldn't figure out which was the right route and finally deciding to take a break to eat, hoping a quick snack would bring back her focus and keep her going until she found a good place to either stay or make camp for the night. She dismounted and patted her faithful companion, named Ayame, and unburdened the beasty of the heavier articles it carried. After seeing that the great she wolf was well tended, given a small drink of water from Lessien's flask and such, the elf walked over to where she thought she saw a couple fruit bearing trees. The elven woman found a small stream not too far from the apple tree she had collected the delicious red fruit from, decided to clean up a bit while she cooled off and collected more water. She waded bearfoot into the stream, the deepest part was up to her calf, her dress end spread out on the water's surface, and cleaned the mud from her legs and arms, then her face. Ayame laid in the sun where she was left, the large Wolf of Isengard looked very out of place, not only had these animals been long unseen, but her great size and white base fur stood out against the grass as a snow leopard would.

Maple nearly jumped in the air as someone ran up to her so fast, she whipped around to see a smiling face in front of her.
A hobbit!
Before she could do anything he was shaking her hand and saying;
"Hello miss! My name is Bobby, Bobby Took. I wasn't expecting to see a hobbit in these parts, I thought I was the only one!"
She managed to grasp a hold of what was going on and began to grin.
"Mr Bobby! Nice to meet you! I'm Maple." She just couldnt stop smiling! "Neither was I! Two brave little hobbits, confronting the world." She winked. "Me 'n Kitt here, just arrived," She said, placing a hand on the head of her husky.

"Oh wow!" Bobby jumped back, startled. He hadn't noticed it was a husky. From far away he had mistaken it for a horse. After a second he smiled and patted the dog's long furry coat "Hello Kitt" he murmured, and then looked up at the female hobbit again "So you have come to fight in the war too?" he looked around "Sadly, nobody takes any notice of us because we are small" he frowned.

((Well, you could walk up to the hobbits. I think Eldilin is riding towards Ellethwen with some of the other characters, so I don't think he can interact with yours ))

After seeing the stray horses to the makeshift paddock, Jake rode Roquel back out to see if there were any others that he had missed. When he had found none the young man prepared to go back to camp, but spotted the little halfling from before speaking to what appeared to be a lady on a large canine. He had Roquel lope over, slowing to a halt a few meters away and dismounting to walk over to the pair, his mare followed him without being lead. "Well hello again young hobbit," Jake nodded towards Bobby then looked over at the female hobbit, "And who might this fair maiden be?" he smiled at her.

"Absolutely! I've come to get us hobbits recognised out in the world." She grinned, wondering how she would ever achieve that goal. For now she thought I'll focus on getting a bite to eat. Her stomach growled and she smirked at bobby, he had a kind face under those brown curls, and he seemed very nice, so Maple decided she would like for him to be her friend. Us hobbits should stick together! she hoped he felt the same way.

Just then, a young man walked over, he seemed to be aqainted with Bobby already.
"Maple cub, of the shire," She held out a hand and smiled at him.

"Hello" Bobby said with a smile " See, we are also brave and heroic, you know?" He shaked his head "Size doesn't matter" The hobbit grinned, feeling happy that at last there was someone of his own kind about. "Well, come on Maple, you are probably tired" The halfling reached out her hand to help her dismount" . "So what needs to be done, sir? Are there many wounded?" the halfling wanted to sound important, especially when the other hobbit was around.
