Eva
Eva squinted her eyes, slightly, in annoyance with Karen. “Right,” she put her hands on her hips and let it go. Karen crossed her arms and cocked her head, “Good idea, Ethan.” She smiled. Kate’s long hair danced across her face in the ocean breeze, breaking her train of thought and taking her mind off of the situation at hand, for a brief moment. She breathed in and cleared her head, not bothering herself about Karen, anymore. The entire feud was useless; why was she acting this way, anyway, she thought. Eva needed to focus on survival, rather than an insecure little girl, at the moment. “I’ll just go check on the others, then; inform them of what’s going on.” Eva ambled toward the rest of the survivors.
Karen
When the older woman turned to leave, Karen shifted her weight from one heel of her foot to the other. She had nice hair; Karen narrowed her eyes, and then turned to Adonte. “So, Adonte, what do you think?” Apparently, Karen hadn’t thought it through before she asked the question. Adonte wasn’t the one in charge, and their agreed upon leader had already spoken.
Todd
Todd snarled his nose in response to another whiff of the man’s odor. He looked at the disgusted girl and shook his head in disappointment, looking back down at the body. He huffed, coming to realize how ignorant he had been, understanding he should never have asked the girl to do such a repulsive thing; he had pushed her far enough by now. “You don’t have to do it,” he responded whole-heartedly. Todd grabbed the man’s ankles and began dragging his limp, bloated body toward the ocean.
