How did you get the job as a mod? Were you part of the design idea?

Lol no.

They were holding interviews a while back and I applied. Around 20 people applied and they narrowed it down to the best 10. From there, they conducted an interview narrowing it down further to 7 people. Then one last decision decided to keep the 5 people with the best potential and abilities to be a moderator, and I was one of those people c:
