I based him off what I think of when I think of "Tropical" things.
Anyway, he has pink and different shades of brown. Its not like I copied a WoI. 9_9

eh, there are some similarities, i was thinking the same thing when I first saw the design... but when I looked closer there aren't actually that similar :} Cute design btw ^^

Story:
The Beginning

I was born in the morning of a late spring with my brother and sister.When I was 3 months old I started adventuring the out doors like my brother and sister and explored the mountains but I was very curious then.I heard a story about the Pantherberus one night and was fascinated by how they looked as by told in the story but I ignored the warning to never go near one of them,so the next day I left the den when my mother and siblings were sleeping and while my dad was out hunting.I went down the mountain full of excitement and curiosity but another side of me was feeling scarred and frighten but I ignored it.I was so full of every emotion that I didn't look where I was going and I soon tripped over my own paws.I soon started to tumble down the mountain but soon stopped as I hit a ledge.I was dizzy and confused but I soon felt the ledge was cracking and soon I found my self falling again.I soon hit the ground into the Pantherberus territory,my body felt like it was crush under a huge boulder from tumbling and falling.I soon tried to stand up but one of my back legs was badly injured,I soon her rustling in front of me like I was being watched by something but all I saw was the little creatures that lived down here.But the I soon spotted 6 glowing eyes and then appeared a Pantherbus and I thought to myself,"Just my luck!"It growled at me and then spoke,"A Chimera pup in my territory!?I'll make short work of you nosy pup!"It soon roared and I was frightened but I saw aww in it but I soon snapped out of it as it leaped at me.I soon saw a flash of fur and it knocked the Pantherberus down to the ground hissing and spitting with frustration at the Chimera that was defending me.I soon noticed who it was and I yelled,"Father!",I smiled happy that he was here and I wouldn't die!He soon leaped at the Pantehrberus growling and snarling fighting it with all his might.I was to scarred to watch so I closed my eyes hearing the sounds until nothing and I opened my eyes seeing the Patherberus...dead on the ground.I soon looked around wondering where my father was.He soon appeared behind me,his muzzle stained with blood.He glared at me with anger in his eyes but soon picked me up and took me back up the mountain but he soon stopped half way up the mountain and laid me down on the ground.I looked at him scarred and worried what was going to happen next,he soon spoke with anger in his voice,"What where you doing down there?!,he growled at me.I gulped and soon spoke a reply in a weary voice,"I-I went down the m-mountain to go see the P-Pantherberus to see if t-they were the same in t-the story.",I said innocently and weakly.He kept glaring at me and then sighed,"Don't scare me like that,Jagwarto.",He soon picked me up again and headed towards the den where my mother was worried sick.As we entered my mother came rushing over to us and my father put me down on the ground and my mother started licking me constantly and said,"Where have you been?!I've been worried sick about,Jagwaro!",my mother sighed and laid down next to me and hugged me with her soft paws.I smiled and soon looked into her eyes a bit scarred and answered,"In the Pantherberus territory.",I said and looked away feeling guilty."What?!,She answered astonished and then said,"We told you not to ever go there,Jagwaro!",She snarled at me only giving me a puppy warning.I looked at her feeling bad and answered,"I know but I just wanted to see.",I said quietly and felt more guilty.She sighed and licked the top of my head to give me comfort,"We warn you for a reason,Jagwaro,so try to listen.",She said in a motherly voice going back to normal.I soon gave her a small smile and said,"Alright,Mother.",She soon let me go and I bounded over to my siblings to play and be cheerful again..

Life as a Teen

..As months passed by my siblings and I grew older but my parents still kept there eyes on me.I felt so untrusted now by the other chimeras in the pack even my family sometimes,I also felt like a fool for what I did a couple months ago as a pup.Life was tough now for my age..especially for me.But I started to moved on..sometimes.As I thought I crept up on a hare,hunger gleaming in my eyes.I soon leaped growling and chased the hare,I was gaining on it with pure hunger and strength but suddenly a flash of black fur jumped on top of it killing it."Etsuko!",I gasped but then soon glared at her,"That was my breakfast!",I growled but not with much anger or hatred."You snooze you loose.",She grinned teasing me with an aggressive tone in her voice.I rolled my eyes in reply,At least give me something.,I sighed trying not to get her steamed."Fine.",she replied and tore off a leg.I reached for the leg but she pulled her paw back,"But you have to give me payment some how.",she snorted."Fine..I'll help you train for my payment.",I said and she handed me the leg.I munched on it hungrily sense I didn't have time for dinner last night.I soon finished it only leaving the bones and some chunks of meat."Thanks,see you around Etsuko.",I smiled and trotted away leaving her with the rabbit.As the snow under my feet grew thicker I heard a roar..a Pantherbus roar.I growled looking all around me,my hackles suddenly straight up in defense.I suddenly found the direct sound where it was coming from,it was under me in there territory.It sounded like Pantherbuses were having a show down for higher ranking.I sighed glad that it wasn't where I was.I soon trotted on going back to camp.I soon saw my father bringing back the deer we usually hunted and thought,"Lot better hunter then I'll ever be.",I soon sighed and ran over to him,"Let me give you a hand father.",I smiled trying to be at least a bit generous."Why thank you,son.",my father replied with a smile.I wagged my tail liking at least some attention.We laid down the deer and my father walked over to the den where the Alpha stayed to get permission for the pack.I waited,a bit starved sense I really didn't have breakfast because of Etsuko.I rolled my eyes as I remembered the morning.I soon saw my father come back out and nodded at me and the alpha soon came out and howled to tell the pack that a kill was made to eat.He walked over to the kill and started to eat with his mate following him and then she started eating and then the higher rank chimera's went to join.I waited until I could eat sense I wasn't much of a higher rank wolf but soon I feasted on the deer.I was soon full and I laid down to rest thinking,"What great food I can have to eat.",my eyelids soon started to fall down onto my eyeballs making me want to sleep but I knew I had other things to do.So I got up and shook myself awake and trotted over to go see my mother.As I entered the den that my mother usually stayed in I couldn't find her and thought,"I wonder where she is?",I soon started to panic but then calmed myself and trotted over to father again as he slept."Father wake up!",I nudged him silently and he soon woke up."What you need,Jagwaro?",he yawned a bit sleepy."Where's mother?",I asked looking around me and then looked back at father."I believe she's in the den where you were born.",he said finally.I nodded and trotted away going to where mother was,I soon finally arrived where she slept."Mother..are you alright?",I asked a bit weary sense mother wasn't feeling so good this fall."I'm fine,Jagwaro.",she smiled weakly.I walked over to her and laid beside her to keep warm,she felt so cold..I prayed that she wouldn't leave me now.As she laid down I heard a howl for me and sighed,"I have to go mother..get better soon.",I smiled soon leaving her and I trotted back to camp see who howled for me.I soon spotted Atunno coming towards me,"Hey Jagwaro!Can you help me with something?",he smiled wagging his tail as he approached me."What you need Atunno?",I smiled happily and wagged my tail..for some reason I always felt happy around Atunno."Can you help me and Daxius check the borders?Please.",he said with a smile."Alright.",I said with a smile and started walking out of camp..Atunno soon following.I soon spotted Daxius,"Hey Daxius!You read?",I called to him.He nodded,"Yeah..I'm ready but I don't want to go to close to the Pantherbus side of the border.",Daxius called to Atunno and I.I nodded but Atunno called back,"Pah!Those Pantherbus are scaredy cats!,Atunno soon approached Daxius,"Don't be so sure Atunno.",Daxius replied calmly."Alright..we won't go near them.",Atunno sighed.Daxius soon nodded,"Thankyou.",and started trotting to start.I soon followed and Atunno followed after me.1 hour passed..."This is getting boring.",I noted."At least it keeps the pack safe.",Daxius answered softly.Atunno's ears flicked at the sound of some tumbling snow,"I don't feel comfortable all of a sudden.",he soon looked around hearing foot steps,"I think were being followed."I looked up and I soon smelled fresh snow coming but something else..Pantherbus.Daxius soon smelled the air too and his hackles went up,"Let's move..quickly."We all started trotting quickly,trying to keep away from the smell but it kept getting closer.Atunno soon stopped suddenly as the snow started to get heavier a bit."Atunno what are you doing?",I called to him."We have to face it sooner or later.",he answered.Daxius nodded,"Alright..but it won't be pretty.",he walked back to Atunno..I soon followed after and we stood in a group and waited for the Pantherbus to come.It soon roared out of the bloom and appeared threw the snow growling.We snarled at it,with our group we could take out a Pantherbus but this one was strong and powerful then most Pantherbus which would make it harder.Atunno soon leaped at it,I followed and then Daxius.Atunno bit its back while Daxius and I tried to take out its legs.It roared furious and it three head snapped at us.One caught a hold of Daxius and flung him into some snow but he charged coming back.The Pantherbus soon was staring to get wore out and and soon we slowly destroyed it.We all gave the final blow and it fell into the snow,its body soon starting to loose its warmth.I panted..exhausted.The others too but Daxius was the most exhausted.He soon spoke,"Lets get back to camp *pant* we done most of the borders and were all exhausted."Atunno and I nodded and we got up and started walking back home.We soon arrived,tired and hurt.We laid down in a den and started checking over ourselves and licking our wounds.My father ran over to us,my mother following after him."What happened?",my mother asked a bit worried."We attacked a Pantherbus..just some battle wounds.",I smiled wearily.She licked my forehead,it gave me comfort and comfort to her.Once we were all cleaned and well we slept on and on and on.Hours passed..I soon woke up and yawned and looked around me.The den was empty.I looked up at the sky and it was almost dark.I shook my fur thinking,"Daxius and Atunno must of left me.",I sighed and got up and walked out of the den seeing Méli walking over to me.She looked sad and I wondered why but then she spoke,"I'm sorry Jagwaro.",she said in a sad tone.I tilted my head to oneside and then I knew what she was going to say,"Mother!",I bounded away from Méli toward where my mother was staying.As I entered I feared that she'd be dead when I saw her,but all I saw was that she was sleeping but she was pale and weak.My father sat by her side watching her."Father..",I said and my father looked at me with sad eyes,"She's dying.",he sighed.Méli entered the den,"Shall I?",she spoke.My father nodded,"Its our only choice.",he soon started to tear but held it back.Méli nodded and bit down on her throat.I tried to stop Méli but father held me back and then I understood and watched with tear's falling down my eyes as I watched in pain.Méli soon let go and my mother suddenly stopped breathing."She's gone.",I sighed then gulped down some of my tears."I'm sorry.", Méli spoke,"I'll leave you two alone.",she walked out of the den leaving me and my father alone with my mother..gone.I looked at my father and nuzzled him,feeling the same pain.I soon saw my siblings entered.There normal faces turning to shocked ones and we snuggled together sharing the pain.The sky was soon fully dark and we left the den to our own dens now.My father and some other chimera's buried my mother,as I slept.The next day I just felt like staying in my den all day but I knew I had to move on but I just couldn't.I soon saw Etsuko approach me,"Hey..I'm so sorry about last night.",she said and laid down next to me.I looked at her glum,"What do I do now?",I asked her.She looked at me with comfort in her eyes,"Try to move on.",she said and nudged me to get up.I looked at her and I started to stand and suddenly stood."How about we go training..sense that's your payment.",Etsuko smiled.I nodded and thought,"Something to take my mind off of this."She soon trotted out of the den and I followed her to help her train.I jumped back as Etsuko leaped at me,she soon gave and swift turn to me and I soon found myself pinned under her weight.I panted,"You win.",I said and let me go,"Ha!I always win."I smiled glad to see that I could see her playful side.I looked at the rising sun,"We better get back to camp so we don't miss breakfast.",I said with a smile.She nodded and started trotting to camp,I soon followed.The alpha soon howled to eat when we arrived and I thought,"We made it!,I trotted over to wait for my turn as Etsuko went to eat sense she was a higher ranking wolf than me.It was soon my turn to eat,I ate my fill but I never saw my father come to eat and so I stole a piece for him.I soon trotted to the den where my father was sleeping and dropped the meat infront of him.He soon opened his eyes,looking tired,"Thanks.",he grumbled.I looked at him a bit sad,"You should eat,father."He looked at me,"I'm to sad to eat.",he said,"At least try to eat.",I said sighing.I soon trotted out of the den and spotted Daxius."Hey Daxius..how you doing?",I asked sense that injury was bothering me."Fine,just a bruise now.",he smiled happily."How you doing.",he asked me."Fine..I guess.",I answered a bit hesitant.He smiled and heard a chimera call his name,"See'ya around,Jagwaro.",he said and bounded away.I watched him go and thought,"Am I fine?",but soon shook the thought away and walked out of camp to hunt.I soon came back with a squirrel.I walked to my den and munched on the squirrel soon getting a full tummy.I soon laid my head down to rest and soon fell into a deep sleep.I dreamed about many many things.As I woke up it was dawn for the next day and I thought,"I slept that long?!",I sighed and laid my head down and thought what would to day be like sense the last days have been incredible?I watch the sun coming up ready to pounce into the sky..waiting...

She's not the creator but she somewhat owns Halibell's brother.
She made the design of him. But the new owner of him is Distant Planet.

Yes, I even double checked the design. Actually, I checked a few times and compared them side by side. The concepts are completely different and the colors and (somewhat) the spots are the only similarities.
And I meant that Neara was the creator of that specific WoI =3

i could see why you thought it was copied rainbow ^^

Sorren's (halibell's brother) markings have a color pallete that is orange, green, and yellow while this one has magenta, orange and green both put on a dark brown base. but they are not the same wolf ^^ this design is ok by me, the nature of halibell and sorren's coats are also different than the chimera's so at least they have that :}.
