Kristal gave a small gasp of suprise when Travis grabbed her hand and started pulling her towards the stage. Pushing herself up onto the stage Kristal walked over to the other mike and tapped it lightly “does it sound ok?” she asked.

Travis nodded and taped the next microphone. That one echoed, a sure sign it was working. "Alright, I've gotta check the amps now." He went into the employees only room and brought out a guitar. He plugged it into an amplifier and strummed a few chords from the beginning of The Kids Just Wanna Dance, which was a song his band covered all the time.

With a little sigh, Ronnie left the small coffee shop. There really seemed to be nothing to do. That in it's self was rather unfortunate. On top of that, there wasn't anyone she could really talk to. Everyone here was a complete stranger and her friends were across the ocean. This seemed more like a punishment then a reward.
Ronnie's shoulder bumped into something- or someone. Hoping it was just a stranger that she would never meet again, she muttered a quick apology, then scurried off. The girl only got a small glance at the person she had just pushed by. It was a little late to go back and offer a real apology. Anyway, they would forget about it soon enough, right? Just a small shoulder bump. It happens to everyone.

Nodding Kristal watched him walk into the employees only room, sitting down on the edge of the stage she let her legs dangel. Looking out at the massive crowd Kristal could already feel her stomach churning, she wasn’t even up here to preform and yet she was still so nervous. Taking deep breaths she turned and watched as Travis came back n stage with a guitar, nodding her head in time with the chords Kristal smiled “Not bad, for someone who’s in a band."

Travis smiled, "Thanks." He looked at her closer, he could tell she was nervous. "It's not that bad." He said as he sat down next to her, his feet flat on the floor. "I was nervous before my first show, but when you're up there and the crowd is enjoying it, the feeling passes. And you're there, happy that you preformed." He thought about the shows that they played when they were just starting out. Small venues...little crowds...basements that were 95 degrees, that he was too tall to stand up in.
