Venn had been awake for a little bit at this point and he was practicing standing up and not falling.

((lol.. Wait, explain it again, my mind is running slow today))

[Lucas is going to go through some bugged calls Levi made and learn Edwin is not dead and is alive and that he's having the heart surgery an human surgery. Then he's gonna call Levi from a different number and inform him that Edwin died during the first surgery and then Levi will have to tell the others about it because they'll trust him.]

((Oh... Ok I got it now... Hehe...it's like only now I put two plus two and got the answer... Ok ok... So Lucas.... Ah I got it...)( I think my 'rational' brain cells died on physics exam))

"No worries! I've got a wall to support me!" He said, patting the wall. He was still a bit warm and feverish but if he pushed past that he was for the most part fine and healing well.

Lucas was searching through bugged recordings on Levi's phone which he had snuck away while Levi was sleeping. He frowned and stood up. That brat was still alive and Levi had tricked Evan! He sighed and slipped the phone back in Levi's desk. Then he found a phone they rarely used and called him.

Evan had just gotten into doing paper work and managing to pay the bills for the lab's reconstruction, he finished that part of the job and went to see how the new infirmary looked like.

Nate was still knocked out.

Angel had fallen asleep.

Winter yawned, "so... I guess we should go sleep..."

Sasha was starting to head back from his patrolling.

Levi picked up the phone, "Yes?" He asked tiredly having been awoken by its ringing.
"Um, Mr. Divett, yes. I'm not sure if you remember me. I'm the assistant to the doctor who was caring for Edwin. We didn't exactly talk much." He muttered, just trying to sound convincing.
"Yes and?"
"I was told to call you and let you know, by request of his new parents that Edwin went through his first surgery yesterday, the heart surgery, and he lived through the surgery."
"That's goo-"
"But in recovery this morning he woke early, so he was taken off some of the medication. Unfortunately as it turned out his heart was still regaining strength and wasn't ready to be off the medication. His blood stopped pumping to his lungs and wasn't reoxygenated due to one of the valves closing and he passed away."
Levi was quiet for a second. He was sort of doubting it but he had lied about Edwin's death and Evan bought it. No one else knew... unless Angel or Josh said something but he doubted they would.
"As he was dying he requested that we tell... I think they are two of his friends, Josh and Angel, he said to thank them and that he wouldn't have lived as long as he did without them." Lucas concluded. "I'm sorry to inform you of this but... it comes with the job."
"Right... I guess... I'll pass it on." He muttered hanging up. And as he did so Lucas let out a snicker to himself and went to report to Evan if he could find him.

Meanwhile Edwin was sleeping peacefully for the first time in a while in his new bed and in his new room with Mr. Fluffy curled up next to him.

Venn smiled and nodded.

Winter was 'magically teleported to her bed' and was curled up under a few blankets sleeping.

Evan was just happy the infirmary had turned out good, now he had put bars to the windows and all that.
