Death Note (1x1 with Hornz)

Miki looked at the Death Note, then up at Light. "O-okay..." she said, hesitantly taking the book in her hands and turning to look where he had pointed. Ryuk was almost face to face with her and Miki's eyes widend, backing away from the death god and bumping lightly into his Light's chest, still holding the Note book. "What... Is that..?" Ryuk chukled and floated over to Light's bed, floating just above the matress.

Light watched, somewhat glad he hadn't gotten the slightly bigger reaction that he had been expecting. That would have been kind of hard to explain. He shrugged lightly, pulling the Death Note out of Miki's hands to prove that you could still see Ryuk without having to be holding the book. "I'm assuming it's a death god." He looked at Ryuk somewhat expectantly. "Right?"

"Correct~" Ryuk grinned, his unblinking eyes seeming to stare straight through both of them. Miki let Light take the book back, blushing faintly and moving away from Light slightly, having been rather close. "But why would a death god be here?" she asked, looking to Light then to Ryuk, who pointed at Light. Well more specifically, the book Light was holding. "That's my death note...~" he said. "I lost it not to long ago and came here to see where it went, and my, did it end up in an interesting place~"

Light looked down at the book, then back at Ryuk. The way he was staring at both of them was beginning to creep Light out just a little. "This is your's?" he asked. "Do you want it back?" After he had finished asking the question, he already had an idea as to what the answer would be. Who would want a used Death Note back? There were tons of names written down, enough to take up almost five pages.

Ryuk laughed loudly, waving his hand at Light. "And just look at all of the names you've written in, almost five pages~!" he cackled again. "No, I want to see what you do with it. You humans are interesting indeed~"

[Hornz]

Light raised an eyebrow somewhat skeptically. "I'm going to take that 'interesting' comment as a compliment," he muttered to himself. He moved away from where he was standing to sit in the chair at his desk. He swiveled it around so that was facing Ryuk and Miki.

Miki was watching Ryuk, but when she felt Light's eyes on her, she blushed faintly. Clearing her throat and covering her mouth with her sleeve. "So, your just going to be observing us like lab rats?" "Thats right~" Ryuk grinned at Miki.

[Hornz]

Light put one of his arms behind him on the desk, leaning against it slightly. "Well, that's...nice to know." The words came out slightly sarcastic, even though he didn't mean for them to.

[Jikkah]

Miki sighed softly, leaning against the wall beside the door. "What will you do now, Light~?" Ryuk asked. "Give the book back, or continue your little quest~?"

[Hornz]

Light shrugged. He had already gotten this far, so why should he give up the book? He looked from the notebook on his desk, then to Ryuk. He smirked. "Why would I give it back after I've already done this much?"
