He padded out slowly listening carefully trying to pinpoint the sound like snapping twigs. He sniffed the air but found nothing and then the sound vanished he glanced around but found nothing. After a few minuets he gave up deciding it had left and went back to Tokine but he still couldn't shake off the feeling he was being watched.
