Hey this story is wonderful! I would like a character in the story,

Name: Kamira (likes being called Kami)
Gender: she-wolf
Rank: Could she be some loner that Rose meets on the journey?
Age: about Rose's age, maybe a little older
Personality: when you first meet her she may seem distrusting and hostile. She's secretive and doesn't like giving away any information about her. She's independent, not one to rely on others. She has a stubborn pride and when she gets something in her head it's hard to change her mind. She slightly sassy, but not arrogant. She enjoys it when others underestimate her but are surprised by her strength. Once you get to know her, you realize that she's a kind, caring wolf. She enjoys another wolf's company, but she's been alone for so long that she's forgotten how it feels like. She's brave and would risk her life for her friends. She has a problem with following orders unless they're given to her by a good friend. She can be impulsive, jumping into fights with no chance of winning when she is provoked. But she is usually only provoked when someone threatens her family or friends, or if someone underestimates her. Other than that, she is pretty smart and has good ideas.
Body build: An agile and swift-footed fea, with long elegant legs which add to her speed. She has sleek fur and large slightly rounded ears. She has wiry muscles built for running more than strength. Though when fighting she uses her sly quickness and agility to bring down an opponent. She also has sharper claws than most wolves.
Eye Color: A deep fiery amber, almost the color of flames.
Fur color: Sleek Ebony black with a bit of silver fur dusted on the top of her tail.
Strengths: Speed, Agility, hiding her emotions, fighting, swimming, singing, sarcasm.
Weaknesses: Taking down large prey, following orders, making friends, takes unnecessary risks at times.

This story is beautiful Rose. I love it and can't wait for more to read. (Yes, I've been a little fly on the wall for a while. :3) This character might be cool to be a little narrator; do what you like with him, hehe.

About: Wolves only know Nassir by his voice and skill with it, as the only time he dares to speak is during pack howls. When that time comes, he belts out the most melodious, low notes that carry unmistakable emotion and depth. It's the only real time when he doesn't act awkward or distant or quiet, in fact he may be one of the loudest howlers of them all. Otherwise, when that relieving time is not in place, Nassir tends to be socially inept, thus the reason he's pretty much perfect for the job of a Guard. Before, when he was allowed to speak, he would be considered odd. Blurting out things that didn't make sense in the middle of the conversation, perhaps being accidentally disrespectful, always stuck in a battle of trying to be himself and try to be who he thought others would ... accept. Nowadays he's just silent. Underneath all his quiet anxiety he is actually a brilliant wolf, spending his time analyzing the ways of his pack mates and trying to crack their codes without even talking to them.
His role in the pack, from a glance, seems just like a simple Guard without any real purpose, but truthfully he is a watcher and enjoys putting the story together...
Past: He was raised as the middle pup in a litter of ten, and was never really paid attention to. Subjected to bullying as a pup, he became closed off and quiet, and focussed his mind on fighting skills to protect himself. As a Sprout he also learned his joy of howling and came submersed in blissful thoughts of being respected without talking. So, he became a Guard, and has ever since lived up to it.
Build: Nassir is a tall but thin wolf, though he has strong muscles wrapping around all his legs. His fighting weakness is caused from his size, but his strength is also caused by this. Long legs help his agile and quick tactics, while a thin build leads to the opponent's easy weight advantage.
