Once Upon a Time (new! And excepting!)

Alex laughed softly at her reaction. "Do you not think I would know your name?" He gave her a large grin. "You're definately the smartest and best looking in any of my classes." He picked up a glittery pencil and handed it to her. "I got everything else. So don't worry. But, wait! What is this?" He leaned out, and from behind her ear, he pulled a red rose. The rose itself was a stunning dark red, but the bud was smaller than a normal rose. The stem was small as well. "For you, m'lady." He smiled at her sweetly and bowed at the waist.

Grace raised an eyebrow at his words, feeling a dark blush creeping up her neck as she tucked the pencil into her bag. She smiled slightly and took the rose between a finger and thumb, tilting her head to the side. "Ah… seen it all before," She repiled as she shook her head, grinning.

Alex smiled softly. "Can't blame a guy for trying." He leaned against the wall outside the door. "Would you object to me taking you to Sallie's for a snack?" He looked at her hopefully, his eyes examining her in a relaxed way. He crossed his ankles and stuffed his hands into his pockets. "I mean, you don't HAVE to, if you don't wanna." He flicked his eyes to his shoes.

Grace paused dramatically, then shrugged and smiled at him. "Sounds awesome." She replied, closing her locker and jerking backwards to avoid being knocked into someone - again. She smoothed down her long, dark hair and brushed it over her shoulder, then hooked her bag over her shoulder.

Alex grinned widely. "You're serious?" He watched her for a moment. "Okay. Best. Day. Ever."

Grace arched an eyebrow. "What, are you used to being rejected or something?" She replied, frowning slightly at him as she stepped into the now slightly slower flow of students.

(So... Cute... I need something like that. NOW!)

Alex blushed slightly, and uncrossed his ankles. He nodded once. His gaze shifted to the school parking lot. "My 'cycle's this way." He walked out from the overhanging and turned right. Right by the edge of the school sat a solid black Harley. It was black and had silvery-blue flames painted onto it.

Grace's followed him, into the parking lot. As she saw the bike, her eyes widened slightly and she stared, a smile slowly appearing on her lips. "That… that's… yours? Awesome!" She walked slightly closer, her eyes scanning the length of it. "You have absolutely no idea how badly I want one of these." She mumbled.

Alex looked at her in surprise. "Yeah. It's mine. I bought it last year." He shoved his hair from his face. "Harley's are good 'cycles." He smiled slightly, taking her in as she examined his ride. "I'm glad you approve. And, if you really want one, I know a guy who I could talk to for ya."

Grace smiled slightly at him, shaking her head. "It's okay. I can't afford one, anyways." Which was annoying, but true. Her eyes were still fixed on the bike, and she stayed silent for a bit before glancing up and flicking her hair from her eyes.
