I'm not quite sure about this one (therefore please correct me if I should be wrong), but I think this one

changed from Rare to Very Rare.

Hm, I might be wrong, but wasn't the Happy-Birthday-Nick-Dragon (the black/green one) "very common"? ^^;

Its been common for a long as i' can remember]
PS the hannuka (spelling?) ponys just all chanhed from common to uncommon
