Akari yawned, her jaws stretched out wide as she gazed up at the sky. There were a few thunderheads off in the distance, and it didn't take much to notice the scent of rain floating through the air. It was almost a boggy kind of smell, so strong that it seemed to block out all the other scents around her. Her current spot was in the treetops, a huge branch underneath her supporting her weight as she lay on her back. Rumors flew about a battle between Cavallino and Velocia, but she had long since ignored it, instead retreating to the trees as she normally did.
Her eyelids had fluttered shut when she heard a noise near her spot, and glancing down she saw a distant form of a black leopard. Heading towards her border. Stiffening, she braced herself, seeing as he had a sight bird with him. Why in the heck were they coming into her territory anyways. Unless of course, his precious leader had joined the fight long earlier. Muttering something under her breath, she debated following him or just flat out attacking him.

|| Just because I haven't been active, I'm going to go ahead and just kind of reset Akari and start off in the forest or something. I just totally forgot what was going on with her, so I'm gonna restart. ||

Gezelle
Calm
Gezelle let her heavy eyes shut as she tried to relax. Even when trying to sleep at night cats didn't always feel comfortable closing their eyes and letting their guard down. They always knew that when they closed their own another pair would be watching...
But Gezelle tried to ignore this factor. If anything went wrong she had Bellatrix by her side to back her up. Instead she tried to listen to the steady breeze running over her fur as it carried the clouds above them.

Clan:
Cavallino Clan Leader
Aláckazar
Bad moodA voice spoke behind him, and Aláckazar's mood hardened again. Turning around he noticed it was Phia. Instead of saying anything, he grunted acknowledging her and waited for her to say whatever was on her mind. He was calming down from what happened earlier and began to remember his duties as a leader again. Lucky Phia.

Baskin
Neutral/good mood
Baskin shook his coat. It felt heavy with the feel of the coming rain. Parting his mouth and closing his eyes, Baskin tried to scent out the storm to see how soon it might be here, checking to see if he had any time to scout his territory. The scent of the warm air flooded his mouth and Baskin was able to tell the storm was off in the distance, but it would be here by the time the sun went down. A good time to get going, he thought.
Starting off at a trot, it turned into a run as he lept up the rocky sides of the mountain. The way he was moving so lightly on the precarious sharp rocks of the mountain made Baskin look as if he was flying. Nothing like his sight bird though. Smiling to himself as a shadow of a bird was casted over him, Baskin made it to the top of the mountain and stood there nobly as his Sight bird circled him. Gazing down over the Valley he thought his clan and how they were so lucky to live in such a beautiful place, then thanked the heavens by letting out a large rumbling roar.

Gezelle
Calm but on edge
A roar could be heard in the distance that set her on edge but she did not stir, only pricked her ears. All of a sudden it felt as if the world went dark. The clouds where thickening overhead and the light had little place to peek through. Bellatrix was still relaxed beside her so Gezelle thought she wouldn't worry and kept calm, but her Tracker senses kicked in. She let what she knew of the area around her melt away from her thoughts as she focused just on the earth underneath her paws. The world was still.
The wind kicked up heading down at them, and in the the wind Gezelle could hear the quick movement of paws.
"Bellatrix," Gezelle said opening her eyes and calmly sitting up, "Someone's coming."

Amoroso
surprised | slightly scared | on edge
Amoroso could see two cats, rather close, actually. One was pale,a crossbreed.Spots but the body of mountain lion.Light coloration, large necklace with flowers. She had been in Cavallino before, but not so openly, and she recognized this cat.She was the daughter of the leader. The she-cat,she was dark,a large piece of black fabric over one eye.Spots and markings she had never seen before were displayed on the cat.Her name must be Bellatrix, because that is what the light cat called her.Amoroso shook her head, being a spy for so long made her take as much information in as possible when she was in another clan.I don't think they spotted me...she thought, slowly lifting up one paw at a time to retreat into a thicket of bushes. With some luck they didn't see her,if they did,she was already making up a lie.

(Pana, I'll probably do a family picture with Gezelle and her parents. ^.^ And one of Baskin later since he has no art.)
.:Bellatrix:.

The electricity from the nearing thunderheads made Bellatrix's fur stand on end. She the loved that feeling of the calm before the storm. She had her ears perked but her eye closed. Her paws could feel the thunder in the distance as it shook the valley. Though the sun was hidden behind the could, the electrified air was still warm and humid.
The roar in the distance sent a chill up her spine, it wasn't close to them but that didn't mean that she couldn't ignore it. Bellatrix was still in a sitting position like before, so she had the world come to her. Calm as always, she breathed in slowly inhaling the scents around the to females. She smelled the humid air, the fleeing birds, and the small game heading towards shelter from the storm. The wind whipped around the clearing that the two felines sat in, and in the breeze was a scent of something familiar, a feline. In the brush some twigs were snapped under the movement of quick paws. "Bellatrix, someone's coming."
Bellatrix opened her eye slowly to the sound of Gezelle's voice and watched the brush. It moved slowly, if a inexperience feline glanced watched the bush they would of thought it was just the wind but it was not. The bush's light branches did not lean as much as the other ones whom was forced by the wind, that is how you could tell that they was someone in the bush. Not easy to detect, but not impossible. "Retreating, they're retreating now." Bellatrix glanced at Gezelle, then back at the brush. Gezelle will make an excellent tracker. She thought to herself. When Bellatrix first became Lead Tracker, she made a promise to herself that if she finds a naturally excellent tracker, she would teach them her tricks when they are ready. Those tricks would be helpful to Gezelle when she becomes the Clan Leader like her father.

It was different when there was a Stark in Winterfell.

Dangit...Amoroso thought,She turned her head to the left, and lucky enough, there was a tree right by her.She slowly walking behind, into an area the cats could not see from their angle, and then quickly climbed right up it.Once she got to a high enough, and long enough branch, she stopped.A thick branch coated in leaves was by here, she hoped it would cover her. Here, she would wait until they left to come back down and go into her own territory. No trees were close enough for her to jump to,if there was,she would have.Well, except one,but she had to be one excellent jumper. And be able to catch herself with only a single paw on the tree.Yeah...no.

Gezelle
Calm
Gezelle parted her mouth trying to search for the scent of the intruder. It was hard to detect anything with the air warm and heavy with moisture from the coming storm. It hadn't started raining yet but Gezelle's fur tingled with the charge of electricity. The sound of thunder rolled over the valley but the heavy drops of rain had not yet started falling.
"Think we can catch them before the storm?" Gezelle asked playfully.
The thing about storms where they could be helpful as well as very dangerous. If you were tracking someone, like Bellatrix and she did often, then in a storm you could easily lose the scent of who you where stalking because the rain washes it quickly away. As if it wasn't already tricky to scent well trained cats out in the first place, just add water and you got a close to nothing. Rain is a lucky get-away tool. Fortunately, trackers have learned to rely on other strategies rather than just souly tracking by scent.
Gezelle began creeping along the rocks on the mountain side toward where she heard the faint pads of paw steps. Her belly fur was brushing on the sharp stones and she stepped lightly, keeping her movements as quiet as possible while concealing her coat against the color of the mountainside. Hiding behind a mound of rocks, she waited for a signal from Bellatrix to keep tracking & waiting for information that she might have picked up herself.

Bellatrix glanced at the darkening sky for a moment, trying to guess how long they had. She looked at Gezelle and smiled. "Of course." The two moved alongside the mountain, Bellatrix's paws stepped on the larger areas of rock instead of the smaller fragments to reduce paw prints and noise. She crouched lower to the ground because she did not blend in to the mountain as well as Gezelle. Bellatrix scanned around for ways to conceal themselves to get into the woods. She nodded at Gezelle and crouched low to the ground. They fallowed the small bushes that covered them just enough but since the clouds were out it was much darker than before and they were less noticeable.
Once they were both in the woods Bellatrix stood up in the shadows. Mintaka fallowed them, since he rarely left Bellatrix out of his sight, and perched on a branch near Bellatrix. She scanned the ground and the trees looking for something out of the ordinary, nothing on the ground and nothing in the trees. But, there was a small red fleck that looked like a flower, which could easily be part of a bird's nest, but she still felt unsure about it. Bellatrix nudged Gezelle slightly on her shoulder and pointed her head in the direction of the small part of a flower for her input on it.

It was different when there was a Stark in Winterfell.

.:Rigel:.
----------
Time of Day: Noon
----------
Weather: Thunderheads Approaching
----------
Mood: Cautious
----------
Clan: Velocia- Scout
----------
The clouds overhead darkened the forest. Rigel had not seen hardly anyone all day, but did hear about the early morning attack brought on by the Cavallino clan. He was trailing the scent of his Lead Scout, Mercaro, to see if he was in need of assistance with anything, but how he was close to the border and found the scent of one the Velocia's spy. For a scout, it is a good idea to get a good sweep on the scents around the border so he would know if anyone is coming in or out. He fallowed the border, but stayed close enough so that he is not seen as a trespasser.

It was different when there was a Stark in Winterfell.
