"I can play guitar for you. It's not as scary if you're with someone else on stage." Travis smiled at Kristal, "I'm sure you'll like it." He looked at everyone in the store once more and someone caught his eye. It was Holly. She was the girl he had met last summer, the one who broke Cole's heart and the one he hated. He turned away from Holly and looked down at Kristal. "So, are ya in?"

Kristal had the faintest feeling that she was being roped into this but, what could she do now? Not much so she might as well go with the flow "I'll have to take your word for it." she said following his gaze. Who was he looking at? Spotting the girl Kristal frowned that girl was practically an exact opposite to her. This girl -Holly- looked like a fashionista while Kristal herself looked like a mash up between punk and comfy. Turning back to Travis, Kristal smiled "yeah, I'm in." she said.

"Alrighty. I can set the gig up for tonight, if you're free." Travis smiled at her, he was happy she had agreed to it. He knew she'd have fun. Because who doesn't have fun onstage? He looked back over at Holly and hoped that she was going to leave the store soon. He couldn't stand being around her, and he was getting close to kicking her out. He looked back over at Kristal, hoping Holly would leave before she noticed him.

Max shook out his towel, attempting to get all of the sand off of it. He figured there would still be sand stuck all over it, but hey, if most of it is off it's okay. He ran his hand through his wet hair and began the long trek home.

Following his gaze once more Keistal raised an eyebrow "who is she?" she asked "you know her?" ok, so that sounded much ruder than she'd meant it to sound but really, if he was that distracted then why not just go talk to the girl?

Okay, so taht didn’t help her at all, Kristal sighed she obviously wasn’t getting out of this now so she might as well have fun with it “You know Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day?” she asked, it was one of her favourite songs so she knew it pretty much by heart. Kristal let out a soft whistle “That bad? What’d she do?”.

All right, no mention of Holly anymore, Kristal decided at the look on Travis’s face, she must’ve really been a b*tch to him if he hated her this much. Green Day was one of her favourites and it was pretty cool that he actually knew someone who was related to them “cool, their one of my favourites."
