"Hey, I didn't hear you complaining before!" he said, catching up to Gigi.

Gigi's face turned red. "I always had a bad use of words at times." She then looked right back ahead. "Where do you think we'll be saf from that troll?" She asked.

[AyanaN]

"Next city over." he said. "But I know none of us are going to make it that far...unless...heilt ieme nithegoe." he said, and a black portal opened up about 100ft in front of them. "Jumo through!" he yelled, as they approached. The troll gave chase, realizing that the other was a fake.

Gigi accelerated and jumped through the black portal when she finally approached it.

Agathor followed close behind, and they both warped to the next city, which was about 50 miles away. He whispered, and the portal closed. "I think we're good now." he panted.

Gigi kneels, breathing for fresh air and lying Wolf down. She then stretched and made herself relaxed within a minute or two.

[AyanaN]

Agathor straightened, and looked around. "I think that's enough excitement for one day..." he said, wiping his brow. Then he took the gun from his back, and examined it. "Interesting..."

Gigi let in a breath of air. "Well don't jinx us now." Gigi said with a small grin. She then looked at the gun Agathor was observing. "Y'know, this world is all too confusing. First, there are monsters trying to kill the villagers and farmers and second, there are gunners. It's quite polar opposites between the two really."

[AyanaN]

"I know...it's almost as if...Of course!!" he exclaimed. "Time travel and cross-dimensional portals! That's why everything is here! It all makes sense now..."

Gigi looked at Agathor quizically and then understood. "Why did I have a feeling...?"
