Lucas was confused for a second... he had thought she had liked syrup, but he nodded his head slowly. "Really? Well I can put it away" he said standing up and putting it back in the fridge and scraped it off the rest of his pancakes.

Lucas finished eating his syrup free pancakes leaning against the counter, before smiling and saying "Well if the smell of syrup bothers you, no kisses until I brush my teeth" he smirked trying to lighten the mood

Bella giggled and finished her pancakes and rolled her eyes. Then she took her long time to stand up and smiled. "Well then you better brush your teeth mister."

Lucas was going to help her up, but she looked quite detirmended to get up by herself so he left her to do it by herself. "Well we should be getting dressed soon" he said glancing at the time. "Your dad might be looking for you" he smirked realizing that they hadn't talked to him in a while.
