Woo! finally! ^3^ this took a real long time to do, i have no idea how long but man... P:
I hope who ever actually notices my art out of all the Awesomely skilled artists thinks its OK, i like it but i hope you guys do too, please tell me how to improve and make this picture better! 8D
I also hope that those wired sparklei things are lookin' okay in there, i just had an imagination block and that's all i could think of o_o

The character is turkey off hetalia, it may not be obvious but hey he was fun to draw ^^
