"What is an Anulus Mus?"
Anulus Mus (aka, AM) means "ring mouse" in the language of Latin. These are an intelligent rodent like creature, that has strange glowing rings located around it's long tail. They're not carnivores, and their diet consists of many fruits, berries, and sometimes even bugs. They're most common colors are brown, though in a few cases some are brighter. In even fewer, some are dyed unnatural colors. Keeping them as pets depends on the attitude of the AM, they all have unpredictable personalities. Though there is one thing they all share, favor to land. They love extra room, and are known to actually get sick if put into to small of an environment. Adults are about the size of an average Chinchilla.

Name: Refilwe (It means 'we were given' in Tswana)
Gender: Male
Personality: He's kind and patient, and takes nothing for granted. He loves to read, and also enjoys hiding up on shelves to sleep. He's mostly nocturnal, and therefore sleeping when most people see him. He is taken for lazy as such, but is actually very energetic. He loves to play with people's hair, and can braid hair, as well as curl and crimp it, given a few tools. He sometimes watched TV, and enjoys a select few shows, but his favorite thing to do is to nap on his owner's chest or stomach while she's asleep in the recliner.

Personality:
Chizi Zu is the most loveable Anulus Mus you've ever met. If you want a piece of cake and she wants a piece of cake, you'll be able to have the piece of cake first. To her, the world goes in front of her - making Chizi quite a push-over. Although she hates to refer herself to being a push-over... she likes to call herself kind and generous. Even if it's the last piece of cake she'll let you have it!

She loves to give out things to others. Maybe some really cool diamond she found - she might give it to you, even if you're a complete stranger! Chizi Zu is soft and sweet and loves to puff up her chest in an adorable way. Whenever she sees someone bullying someone else, she goes really quiet and tries to stop them from bullying. She can actually get really shy at times - a bit too shy to talk. Usually when she is shy, she lets out a little ''Meep'' sound, and also meeps when she is absolutely amazed. She is actually quite easily amazed.

Chizi is also very patient and would wait a long time for something to happen. But even though she is patient, she can get excited easily and get really bouncy over lots of things. Anyone could easily call her ''The perfect Anulus Mus, she's so just so cute!'' She sometimes spirals her rings around for show, but would never go to the point of showing off. And, she is also really playful... and loves to do lots of different and interesting things.

Likes:
Strings. She loves to bat around with the long and skinny fabric, and even get tangled in it.
Rocks & Minerals. Zu is always all over these things, hauling them back to her home and putting them in a pile. Her most prized finds are diamonds, she only has one at the moment, though.
Carrots & Celery. That's her favorite food, and you'll always find her munching on them at least once a day.
Toys. Sometimes that instinct of curiosity gets to the top of Chizi's head, and she ends up jumping on toy cars and robots and everything toy.
Fluffy & Soft Things. Sometimes she'll end up tearing them apart or nuzzling into them.
Honey. Sweet and yummy!
Butterflies and Ladybugs. Zu thinks they are very beautiful and interesting.
The warm sun. She loves to just lie down and relax.

Dislikes:
Bees. She's always afraid they might sting her, like they once did.
Spiders. If she sees one she'll run for her life.
Ants. She hates everything about them! They're gross to her and will jump away if she sees one.
Anything slimy. It disgusts her.
Scary things. She'll squeak and run for her life.
Zombies. Her most feared thing on earth. If she sees one... or even a human dressed up as one, she'll squeak as loud as she can and run, run, run into the zombies are dead.
Rain/water. She hates to be cold, let alone soaked to the bone.

Why do I want her?
Like everyone is, I'm new to this species. As soon as the species came out, I looked at them twice and knew I loved them. Especially the rings... they really got me. And as for this little girl, she must have one of my favorite color combos, and she must be one of those characters that stole my heart at first sight. She's so cute, the species is so cute, the design is so simply awesome! I hope you continue to make adoptable of these beautiful creatures... with your beautiful designs, and with the help of others, maybe soon they'll be popular. But for now, this girl's caught my love off-guard. <333
