Rat got out of cage. Looked everywhere. Won't come out. Maybe stuck in a hole in the wall. Leads straight down. Impossible to get at. Maybe climbed under the door of the room the cage is in. We have 4 cats.

Hano- *hugs* yes, keep looking. My hamster once escaped from her cage and got under the floorboards through a hole in the airing cupboard. We left a bowl of food by the entrance and she came out eventually.

Been there, done that. Think that she got out, left out a plate of her fav food by the entrance. I have a friend over, DodoMyFofo, as you may know her on here, and we are about to go looking around the rest of my house for...... well..... a carcass.

find all four cats and put them somewhere for a while if you can untill you find your rat. in the room he escaped put some of his food in the middle of the room, and try and get him to come out, maybe put his cage on the floor and make it so he can get back in, and use some food he likes to lure him in good luck, and dont worry, my hamster escaped and jumped from a height of about 1 meter, (off a washing machine) onto the floor where my jack russel was, and my dog just ignored hugo and he ran under my rollerskates only found him later in the day!

I hope. I don't think that she is in the wall now. Dropped perishable food down there, really dumb of me. Trying to get it out- unsuccessfully. Still can't find her. D:

Never mind. I really hope she is in the wall now, because I can't find her anywhere else, and if she is in the wall, it means that she has not been eaten by my cats.
