" Why don't we start off with the basics. If I jumped on you what would you do," Moonsong began

I would batter your belly with my back claws and then flip you" she said.

" Good, or you could roll out of the way and leap on me. Is there anything you think you should work on?"

[Serenity.]

" I think I need to work on poncing on my enime..."

" Okay then. When you are going to pounce you want to tense your legs before you leap, so that you could get more energy to your legs. Now, when you want to target there enemy you should know there scent. If you want to leap on top of them detect the scent of fresh kill from their breath and leap about 2 mouselengths above the scent."

Bluepaw nodded. She crouched down her heels high as she was ready to pounce. She pounced and landed on Moonsong and pushed her down with all her might.

Moonsong spit out tufts of her own fur. " Good job! Now what if I was to do this." Moonsong bit Bluepaw's paw. When she was distracted she rolled to her paws and ran to a puddle from the rain. She rolled in the mud her scent was hidden. Moonsong snuck behind Bluepaw and nudged her to the ground, instantly leapin upon her.
