(Yes, we are starting today! Umbreon, thanks for making another cat, but there is already a cat named Whiteblaze. So...could you change the name, please?)

Hopeflight lifted her nose to the air, scenting the crisp smell of IceClan floating on the breeze. It brought painful, hopeful memories of her past life. Her life before she had lived in...this. Cats busied themselves around her, settling down for the night, but Hopeflight didn't want to sleep. She wanted to run. But the evil queen was watching, watching her actions as well as her thoughts. Icestar's mind bullied it's way through Hopeflight's mind and gained control of her feet. She was walking, she was circling, she was lying down, she was closing her eyes, and then, she slept.

Icestar strained, using her powers to their highest extent, trying to restrain the rebellious minion. Hopeflight would break soon. She was discovering her powers, and soon, Icestar wouldn't be able to control her. Stop! She couldn't let herself think that way, or it would come true. The white queen layed down, taking a deep breath, and slept.

Ivypaw sat outside the apprentice's den. She stared at the starry sky, the blackness dotted with crystal-like stars.

Leopardpaw was asleep in the apprentice's den, snoring gently as she dreamt of running like the wind on a vast, green plain.
