Dancing Starfish

I drew this just because. I am real bored here this summer and I have nothing to do. **I can't color it in because something is messed up with the coloring wheel; every time I put Layer 2 underneath Layer 1 so it won't cover up my lines, it doesn't color, but when I remove Layer 1 (my lines) the color shows. I think I'm doing something wrong. Please help?

Layer one is completely white. If you add another layer, make that you lines and it will only be lines, and the white is the background. Then add another layer underneath that for coloring. Just don't use layer 1 for anything and you'll be fine ;)

✪i'm in college now but was on this site a lot for a few years. had a lot of fun, made friends and art, and i'm thankful for it. it was a good time : )
