[ a maze without end ]

The world now lives in darkness; the time for humans has come.

Few colonies resist, hidden in inaccessible places, where no one would bother to search. They are no longer necessary, someone has replaced them. When in 2061, the countries decided to set social statuses by the knowledge and the physical characteristics of a person; they couldn't imagine what this would lead to. Soon, the most genetically graced people decided to "unite": the rest of the society didn't matter, only them. Their descendants inherited their parent’s abilities: they were far cleverer, agile, strong; a whole new breed. They were called by the humans "Experiments"; they called themselves "Optimei", the golden race. Humans started a war against them, trying to get back the power, to hide them in cells, but they were better, faster. Humans soon started to disappear, the Optimei first tried to be discrete: poisoning rivers, supplies, air, stealing medicines and releasing new laboratory viruses. But when humans tried to fight back with the few weapons they had left, the Optimei chased them down, in the forest, in their houses, in their own cities. Humans are now in the jungle, just a few thousands of them, while others live in the catacombs of the biggest cities, as prisoners. Every year, some of those humans are executed, but once every four years, there’s a big event: a maze. Humans between the ages of 14 to 25 are sent to New York, which isn’t a city right now, just a couple of old ruins. There, they’ll make teams, alliances, friends and even love, but they’ll have to fight for food, water, supplies and medicines. They’ll have to kill each other, until only two remain. Those are the winners, the rest are losers.

I'm thinking of making a Dystopian future RP and would like to see if anybody's interested. Basically, in the RP, Wildlife is on the brink of extinction. Nature had been restored years ago, but recently a new government official came to power and is looking to destroy nature and replace it with man-made things. Worse, the government approves this idea. Machines are being made ready for plots of forest land about to be plowed. Poisons are being formulated to get rid of wild animals.The characters oppose this, and are trying to save Nature before it's too late. Would anybody be interested?

I've made this RP, it's currently brand-new and shiny, the only post being one of my own.

Also- I give up on making role-plays. Why can 'emo romance' role-plays that people post like, three words thrive, and my well thought up plot where people post two paragraphs fail... Everytime >.>

I'm a big stalker. Plus I joined your 100 page role-play. Sorry. How about something like "Wide Awake" by Katy Perry. I picture it as teenagers have been in many relationships and had no clue they were being lied to over and over in till the relationship was gone and over. I posted the idea on Inklings and here for a everyone role-play but I don't think it'd hurt to do all three, right? Oh and if it was okay with Pie (i'm just gonna call you that) we can make it into a invite only.
