The the timer is all-knowing by just a few minutes, I started drawing a rearing horse, then a horse head, then I thought it was so pretty it should be a unicorn, so I had to change the colors all over again. xP
The reason the lines didn't get blurry was because all of the color is actually on the base (background) layer. I made random scribbles of the colors I wanted, and tried to get shading right, then used the Blend tool to smear it around. I was trying to go only a tiny bit out of the lines but not so much that the unicorn would look like just black lines against a blue and white background. xP
I'll try to make the eye blurrier or something, I just thought it was good enough to post.

EDIT: Fixed the ear, cleaned up sloppy blurs of color, and added more yellow to the horn.
