I don't know, it depends on how tall you are. Some people are ridiculously tall and skinny.
And also, a good way to lose weight is to find a food thats good for you and you love, and gobble on it instead of other stuff. Replacing, not eliminating is the key... (my mother is an accountant at a weightloss company..)

My friend is like that, she's really skinny but really tall so she actually weighs more than me XD I'm quite small.
