Frank nodded and set about gathering Diads tack, placing it on the stallion and heading round the back to fetch a bow and a few arrows, a hunting knife was strapped onto his booting he had rope twisted around his torso to tie down their meal later. As soon as he was ready, Frank mounted and rode out into the open, his stiff stallion enjoying the stretch as they waited for Emerald.

Emerald started to wipe Envy down with a clean rag she had found hanging from his stall door when she remembered she hadn't yet changed out of her nightgown. She face palmed and hurried to finish cleaning Envy. When he was as clean as a white horse could get she rushed out of his stall and out of the stable to find Frank and Diad waiting for them. "I'll be only a few minutes, I need to change and get my bow." she said before running into the hideout. She ran through the downstairs, up the 2 flights to her room, and quickly dressed into a pair of brown pants, her evergreen long sleeve shirt, and her boots. Then she grabbed her quiver and bow and ran back out to the stable. Panting, she slung her quiver over her back and then mounted Envy bareback like normal. "Hope I didn't take too long." she said with a smile as she walked out to Frank.

Frank nodded with a chuckle as he watched Emerald run in to get changed, he sat whistling until she came back "Not at all" he said with sarcasm,mbeaming a grin towards her as he spun his old mount around and clicked him forwards "Let's go m'lady" he called cheerfully, arrows rattling slightly as Diad jogged along, tossing his head. He always seemed to know when they were going hunting and whenever they did he became a rambunctious three year old again, much to Franks displeasure.

Emerald smiled "Coming." she said happily, riding right alongside him. It had been a while since they've ridden together and she treasured every moment. She looked over at Frank and noticed he seemed a little unpleased with Diad's young behavior. "Aw come on. You wouldn't want him barely moving along like some old cow, would you?' she asked jokingly, reaching over to scratch Diad behind his ears.

Frank rolled his eyes at Emerald scomment "Yes but it'd be better if he wasn't so bone rattling when he rides like this" he groaned as he pulled back on the reins and slowed Diad down slightly so he had a more balanced pace.
Diad snorted and picked up his front legs high, twizziling his ears at Emeralds touch, he gave swishes of his tail and nods of his head as he traveled along like some show pony.

Emerald laughed a little, shaking her head. "You're just getting old." she teased. "If you want, we could switch horses. Envy's being pretty good today." As if on command he tossed his head. "He's not wearing any tack though, so I'm not sure if that helps any."

Frank laughed sarcastically "Yeah, too old, right and youve not aged once" he answered back before pondering her suggestion "I could do, but I don't ride bareback, I have no balance" he added with a chuckle as Diad stumbled slightly over a root and slowed himself down.

Emerald smirked. "Of course not! I'm not a day over 20." she replied sarcastically, laughing at her own joke.
